Staraordinaria posizione pulizie decisamente da migliorare.
Le mie priorità nella valutazione di un appartamento sono posizione- igiene- servizi - accoglienza.Ottima posizione, vicinissima. A Cours Saleya e quindi a Quai des Etats Unis. Appartamento di charme , antico e moderno allo stesso tempo , ben illuminato ben arredato e ben equipaggiato adatto a famiglie o amici con una buona confidenza poiché le stanze sono passanti pur essendoci due bagni indipendenti. Bagni molto carini letti comodi anche il divano letto in sala. Non ci sono armadi se non uno in cucina. L’immobile è antico e l’ingresso poco accogliente, posto al secondo piano ma facile.PULIZIA Ho dato tre stelle alla pulizia perché il frigorifero è stato lasciato pieno di cibo non deteriorabile ma aperto. Il livello e il prezzo dell’immobile non è quello di un ostello quindi l’accuratezza nelle pulizie deve essere migliorata e garantita a tutti gli ospiti.SERVIZI bene la connessione a Internet. Noi eravamo in tre ma il boiler non regge 3 docce.ACCOGLIENZA Host molto disponibile , purtroppo abbiamo dovuto contattarlo più di una volta. Non l’abbiamo mai visto/a ma ha sempre risposto in modo molto gentile.Qualche informazione in più sul parcheggio e mezzi di trasporto ci avrebbe evitato perdite di tempo ma per quello ci si arrangia. Quindi consiglio di riservare il parcheggio on Line perchè in questo modo avrete uno sconto, (altrimenti 30 al giorno) il parcheggio è a 200 metri circa e dovrete attraversare alcuni vicoli quindi no borsoni a mano.

Even better than pictured!
We couldn't have been happier with this apartment for our stay in Nice! It had everything we needed and then some! The location can't be beat! It was so convenient to everything we wanted to do, and the view is just spectacular! It was spacious and modern, and we loved all the natural light from the windows. Everything was comfy, and it was so nice that our daughter had her own bathroom. I am big on ironing, and the iron was top notch! We didn't have any issues, and Val was great at communicating. Maybe it's because it was cold outside, but we didn't have any noise issues from outside. We loved our stay there, and we would definitely highly recommend!!

Easy, central place in Nice
Spacious updated second floor apartment in an old building on Place Rossetti. Central to most everything and a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and transportation. Val is very easy to deal with and responsive. The terrace and second bathroom are a plus.

Super séjour!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! L'appartement est idéalement situé en plein coeur du vieux Nice. Le logement est spacieux et accueillant, la cuisine parfaitement équipée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Central location, apartment ok but noisy
Very central location in the old town, great for exploring on foot, but noisy on the square at night. Not as spacious as it looks in the photos and not much thought has gone into equipping the apartment. For example the lighting is too bright in the bedroom and too dark in the kitchen! Cooker in the kitchen is not easy to use, only 1 of 3 spotlights in the shower room were working. AirCon was effective though. So the apartment was OK but not good value for money. .

Perfect vacation in Nice
Lovingly furnished apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. The location of the apartment is perfect in the middle of the city and close to the beach. We can highly recommend the apartment.

right in the heart of le Vieux Nice in the medieval building
The apartment is very nice. The view from the balcony is amazing. It’s been a great experience of staying right in the heart of le Vieux Nice in the medieval building. The apartment is very clean, renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Air conditioning. It has everything you might need. Two bathrooms with showers are extremely convenient. Valéry is nice , fast responding host. Definitely recommend.

Great stay!
We loved the location, and the apartment! It was clean and the balcony lovely. Heads up if you’re noise sensitive Saturday night is long and loud, and the bed is hard. It was a trade off for the awesome atmosphere and great walk ability!

Great location!
Great location in the heart of Old Nice. Your balcony is overlooking the church square. Very walkable to restaurants and shops. The check in process was easy with Val. The unit was clean and well decorated. Would recommend to anyone staying in Nice. AC worked great. Although there is no parking, there are large subterranean public garages a couple minutes walk from the unit

Another amazing stay at Magic Cathedral
My husban and I have traveled to the south of France several times We found this great place last summer and just returned from another stay! The host is wonderful to work with. The apartment is safe, clean, close to the beach and a great base for a Nice trip! We will definitely return again!!

Great home and location! Wish we could have stayed longer!
We stayed here for a short trip to Nice for the Jazz Festival! This location was convenient to maximize our time in Nice. Short walks or tram rides to all the experiences we wanted to take in. The home was Uber clean and we appreciated being able to do a load of laundry. Nice is a lovely and lively city!

Wonderful Nicois Holiday!
The apartment was clean, newly refurbished, and contemporary. It was perfect for our family of four. The two bathrooms were new and modern. The large balcony, accessed through either of 2 separate french doors in the living room, was a great perch to take in the energy of the old city while enjoying a chilled rose. The apartment manager was always and immediately available and he offered great insights into restaurants and bakeries, etc. It was a great week, and so tough to leave!

Leider mit schalem Beigeschmack nach der Abreise
Die Wohnung war hell und freundlich und entsprach den Fotos. Der Vermieter hat uns sogar eine Stunde früher in die Wohnung gelassen, als angegeben war. Besonders praktisch ist, dass es zwei Badezimmer gibt. Leider konnten die Schränke nicht genutzt werden. Die Kommode war voller Bettzeug und Kleidungsstücke. Der einzige weitere Schrank in der Küche war leider auch nicht nutzbar, weil dort Reinigungsgeräte und Spielsachen für den Strand untergebracht waren. In der Spülmaschine war noch schmutziges Geschirr der vorherigen Gäste. Das alles war aber nicht schlimm, weil die Lage der Wohnung perfekt war und wir immer auswärts gegessen haben. Nach einigen fantastischen Tagen bekamen wir nach dem Verlassen der Wohnung dann allerdings eine Zahlungsaufforderung des Vermieters für ein angeblich defektes Staubsaugerkabel. Da wir jedoch in den 4 Tagen weder einen Staubsauger gesehen noch gebraucht haben und auch keinen Grund zur Benutzung gehabt hätten, wenn einer dort gewesen wäre, habe ich die Zahlung abgelehnt. Ich hätte es auf sich beruhen lassen und den Ärger verkraftet und einfach keine Bewertung geschrieben. Leider erhielt ich jedoch die Mitteilung, dass der Vermieter mich bewertet hätte. Um diese Bewertung zu sehen, muss ich selbst eine verfassen. Also die Wohnung war gut, die Umgebung ist auch gut, die nachträgliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war aber mehr als unangenehm.

Great little apartment
This apartment is great. My spouse and I and our two kids were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and well laid out. It’s in a great location; easily walkable to anywhere in old town or the port and close to the beach. Val was very helpful as well. I’d definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay in Nice, very central to everything, clean and comfortable. Anything you need is within walking distance. It was a pleasure watching the scene in the square below after a day out in the city and when you close the balcony doors to sleep there is no noise at all. Would stay here again.

Magic Cathedrale
This property is in a great location -- in the heart of Old Town Nice. There is so much activity in the square that this apartment overlooks, from restaurants to ice cream parlors to pubs to coffee shops. The activity may not be for everyone (we stayed in the heart of tourist season, so it may be quieter during other months) but we really enjoyed the energy. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 including 2 adult sons. The pull-out couches in the living room were comfortable for them to sleep. The apartment is modern and well furnished. Val was a great host, answering a lot of questions and giving us guidance on things to do during our stay.
