"Unfortunately the staff was not able to give me any information about Nagano as they do not speak English, it was a pity, at least they should provide you a map and circle the basic points. "とにかくご飯が美味しい！ 今までの旅館で1番でした。 特にソフトクリーム。。。 甘いのが苦手の母もおかわりするほどだってので、是非食べてみてください！ 草津温泉は湯が熱いのですが、脱衣所がクーラーなし、扇風機のみで地獄のような暑さでせっかくの良いお湯なのに湯上がりがしんどかったです。笑 脱衣所以外はパーフェクトでした！ 立地も最高です。"

"It’s just beautiful. They have a shuttle to the ski areas that aren’t walkable. Free shuttle from and to the train station. They were very friendly and helped me set up my luggage transportation to the next ski location."
