"We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about this property. The eclectic Mardi Gras decor was SO FUN! We were there for my son’s graduation from Tulane in Mid-December and there was even a Mardi Gras themed Christmas tree for us to enjoy and Christmas Lights on the Front Entrance. So many small interesting details to admire. Very clean and very comfortable. Everything we could have needed was provided. Host was extremely prompt in responding to messages. Highly Recommend "

"The property was fine for our quick weekend stay. The owner quickly responded to questions and sent all the necessary communications. This property is on first floor of a two story. If someone is upstairs you will hear walking, and dog barking (as in our case). Otherwise, it was nice to be able to relax, do laundry and spend time in New Orleans. "

"Have stayed at VRBO's before and always got communication from property manager.24hrs before check in, I received an email from the property manger saying I would get check-in instructions in another email.3 hrs before check in, never got check in instructions after numerous emails, texts and calls. Called VRBO and asked for a refund.I will use VRBO again as it was not their fault the property manager never responded."

"Over all it was a good experience. We were with our family and all had our own space. The way the home was set up was different but still a good experience. There was a cute large picture on the wall in the first room that kept unsticking from the wall so we had to keep fixing it. The guests before us hid all the dirty towles and trash in the basement so we cleaned up after them as well. We definitely tried to leave it better then we got it. But all in all we were grateful they let us check in...

This house was very hot there was about six air conditioners running hot.It is not a true six bedrooms it is two separate three bedrooms and the other three you have to go outside around the side of the house to a separate unit.
