It was not as small as they warned us to be, and I would say it’s the perfect place to have a party with a few friends. I would 100% stay and have a party here again :) I have to thank the owner’s for fast and efficient communication as well! This weekend couldn’t have gone any better. If you are thinking of booking here, I absolutely recommend it! "

"Our stay was okay. The house was in an excellent location to the beach, however very difficult to find from the road. The house was a great size & the beds were so comfortable. I rate this with a 3 because I felt like there were several things that desperately need updated. The faucets in the bathroom were heavily rusted and leaking. "Everything in the listing was exactly as shown. Check in and check out were simple and easy. Property manager was in contact and inquired of our needs. We didn't have any becuase the house was well stocked, but based on all other parts of the stay, I assume that would be handled efficiently. The highway is close, so there is quite a bit of road noise outside, but the sound is minimal once inside the house. We wpuld definitely stay here again."

"This was a great little place right on the water of the bay. At low tide we had a private tiny beach. It was in a great location and although it was in a very bisy area, it felt secluded. "Kim was there for any questions we had, and the home was super cute. We had a good time. The only thing I would say is that if you are a light sleeper, there is plenty of traffic noise, as it is on a busy street. No complaints than that. "

"We came to visit our son who just returned from deployment and his family. We just hung out mostly at the house. There was plenty of room for our little ones to play and run around. I wouldn’t say it’s the most young child friendly with all the pretties and niceties all around. Our toddlers understand don’t touch so we were fine. Beautiful property and location on the lake. Chuck was great, and we hardly saw him. Interesting guy to talk to. He always had coffee ready in the mornings....

"This was a great space for our family to take a quick trip before heading back to school! We had six teenagers and seven adults and there was plenty of room for everyone! The beach was great, and only a hop, skip, and jump from the house. Close to grocery stores, Walmart, and Target. And we found an amazing seafood house, Surf Rider, just down the road at the marina. Would definitely stay again!"

"The property is conveniently located. It’s directly on the beach, although there are dunes that obstruct the beach view. But, the dunes are also beautiful! It’s a very roomy house with lots of space, and little cozy nooks. It’s exactly as advertised. Not a brand new house, has some age related quirks, but it’s clean and not a cookie cutter house which was refreshing to us. Will book again!"
