"Great location, property is good for families as it has a full kitchen. It’s basic but at the beach you just need a property that is clean and in a good location. The mattress could definitely use updating. The fresh popcorn is a nice touch. There was an issue with my unit leaking down into the unit below while I was in the bath and maintenance had entered my unit . It could have been handled better instead of pounding on the bathroom door."

"Found a spacious beautiful home. Did find the blender at the house broke due to the shaft being rounded out and exterior rear lights need cleaned and bulb changed. Also I'm my opinion 11 would be an easier check out time. We took 2 trash cans to the street as needed."

"It was so quiet and so relaxing. I enjoyed the views and especially the ocean during the full moon! I believe if more investments are made many more will book this 90s vibe vacation home. This is definitely a vintage treasure and should be maintained but not toy changed. Lori is very communicative and I felt safe the entire time. Thank you for the stay."

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this location. I’ll start with the cons because there is really only one. Steps. In the pictures you may think you are entering on the ground floor. Oh buddy would you be wrong. The entrance is on the third floor. Which means steps. Soooooo many steps. Then when you get inside it is a split level floor plan so steps up to the living room and steps down to the bedrooms, bathrooms. The outdoor patio in the pictures is accessible but it is on the first floor...
