"We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again."

"We stayed 3 nights after we picked up our kids from summer camp. The location was perfect for us as we spent a lot of time with friends down at Big Cedar. The neighborhood felt safe and cozy, and you can get a good little workout walking those rolling Ozark hills! The kids enjoyed the pool and the playground, and befriending the two groundhogs that live in the front yard. The hot tub might be the cleanest one I’ve ever seen at a rental property!
