"The size and location was great. Two areas could use improvements. 1 the bar stools seat covering is peeling off so we put towels on them as the covering was literally falling off. 2 There is one kitchen cabinet door that has literally fallen off. 3 The flatware needs some improvements there were 4 metal forks the rest were plastic which worked but weren’t optimal. 5 the deck was awesome but the yard was overgrown and was basically like straw so the kids couldn’t go off the deck. "

"The listing says there are 4 bedrooms (3 with queens and one with a king) and that is not accurate. One of the bedrooms has a twin day bed with a trundle. It is also very HIDDEN in the posting that the owner lives on site in the basement. We would not have stayed here if we knew this. The post says “private” and came up under whole house rental. You also have to park on the street only. Not in the driveway or garage. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency in the listing. The house was...

"We were 5 families total. We did a lot - the mountain zoo, the North Pole theme park, Paint Mines hike, Rainbow Gulch hike to reservoir, the Broadmoor hotel, cliff dwellings, etc. We had a great time! Loved the backyard - the grandkids loved playing back there. We even had a hailstorm in June - maybe lasted 1/2 hour. Super cool! "
