"This upstairs unit in a quadruplex is a quaint 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. It was very clean and well maintained. It was very suitable for what we needed - a comfortable plash to crash after a long day at a convention. The owner was very communicative and responded quickly. There are only 2 minor drawbacks - the parking is weird and the fact that is a very well lit area. If you aren't used to sleeping with light coming in the window at all hours, then you may need a sleep mask. "

"My daughter and I visited Ruston for the Dixie World Series tournament and stayed at this beautiful property. It checked all of the boxes for a great experience-conveniently located, nice amenities, and a great property manager. Bradley was awesome with his communication and answered any questions that we had about our stay, before and during. Check-in was seamless. Kitchen and bathroom were extremely nice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay in downtown Ruston! We will be back!"

"Place is a true gem! Within walking distance to campus. Very clean and the VRBO host was extremely accommodating and responsive to all our questions and needs. Definitely would stay here again!"

"The cabin was close to everything that we wanted to do but was very quiet. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. The owners were super helpful and made sure we had everything taken care of and was happy. We will definitely go back and also check out some other places they have. FIVE STAR rating for sure!!!"

"The property was very clean, quiet area, not too away from where we needed to be and the property owner responded promptly. We had to modify our stay and the property owner was kind to do that for us. I would recommend and stay there again. "

"My spouse and I were attending a funeral and stayed at The Stable for about a week. It gave us a clean, quiet place to wind down in every day. The big shower was a nice way to decompress. And the owners kept it very cool and comfy."

"The property sits at the end of an average older neighborhood with some nice, decent and run down homes. The driveway is extremely steep with step running between the concrete so you can park on the street and walk up if you don't want to risk damage to your car. The yards surrounding the vrbo are overgrown and not maintained so you'll feel like you're in a poor part of town. The unit itself in downstairs from another rental on top. "My husband and I staying for several days and liked the apartment. It has large comfortable rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Everything was as advertised and there is a grocery store close by. The neighborhood is old so there is a mix of well maintained and abandoned houses but we felt safe."

"Hands down the best place for one person or a couple to stay while in town. The property is clean, smells nice, has new appliances, a great bathroom and shower, and even a bed that was so comfortable that it felt like home. I can honestly say that if I’m ever in the area again, this will be the absolute first place to I look for when trying to book lodging. It’s a great property, owned by a very nice couple who made me feel right at home. You won’t have any regrets booking your stay here!"
