Overall we enjoyed it, peaceful, quiet! Just no cable, could of had basic cable, and Downstairs shower head needs to be changed and could have been a bit cleaner.

Nice stay
Great stay. Had everything we needed- enough space, pans, fire pit, grill, etc. House was clean, with plenty of supplies left for us to use. The “game” room was just one game table, but a cool hang out spot. Getting into the house was a process, with a 10 number passcode and no directions on how to use the pad- so locking up was impossible unless you locked the side door from the inside and went out the front… overall, great place to bring your family and great location!!!!

Comfortable place for a family in a central N. Conway location
Good location, with comfortable beds and a large open space. Furniture is not exactly as pictured (missing rugs, bed in the basement is in a different room), and the kitchen is not very clean (food on pots/pans, crumbs in drawers). It suited our needs and it didn't take long to clean the kitchen. Avoided cooking with some pans due to their condition.

We loved the location!
The description of the property was accurate—a little more spacious than pictures give it credit (win). What I loved the most was the neighborhood. It was quiet and within walking distance from the Main Street in North Conway.

We had a great weekend away at this house! It's in a quiet neighborhood, had everything you need, and close to town. Dogs are allowed to come, which is a huge plus!

this was a great location and very nice home with plenty of space.. all towels and bedding was nice.. the bed we slept in was hard so had to buy a mattress topper. and the heat was not working in one of the rooms but the property manager took care of it with good communication.

To start location was great. However, there was trash in the barrel under the sink. The knobs and switches for light's throughout were disgusting and needed thorough cleaning. The bathroom floor was not swept. The blanket on the couch needs to be washed. The lack of curtains for privacy was an issue. Overall cleanliness could have been better, perhaps some air fresheners. No way to shut off the flood light to the deck....thats an issue. Lack of hot water for showering major issue. Better quality toilet paper would be nice. The bedroom with the king bed, the mattress is absolutely awful. Would have rather slept on the floor. The drainage for the sinks both bathroom and kitchen....there was a fully loaded dishwasher. A light bulb on vanity in bathroom was out. For the amount of money paid for cleaning, time to find new people to clean the place. Will not be staying here again. Not worth the money.

Great Spot for all access to North Conway
House was clean and everything was set up that we needed. A very easy turn key vacation. Location is close to all tbe attractions, but also far enough away for it to be quiet. Only two small gripes would be the upkeep of the lawn and there is only one barrell for trash. With 8 people on property this fills up FAST! I had emailed out about this but never heard back. We did the best we could. Other than that it was great. We all would stay there again!!

Family place for three generations
Exactly what the pictures show--big kitchen, mostly open to dining area and living room; finished basement is quite nice. The grandparents needed a first floor room with as few stairs as possible, and this updated ranch house was very easy for them to get in and out to the car. This house is in a quiet neighborhood that is great for people like us who like to retire early then rise early to ski, hike, or walk the dog. Walking distance from village center. Only reason for four stars in a couple categories was that the under-counter kitchen garbage and recycling bins had not been emptied prior to our arrival (but had very little in them so not a problem either). Everything else was spotless and ready for our use. I had no need to contact the manager for anything during our stay.

Great weekend!
We stayed for 3 nights. The house was clean and well stocked. The king bed has a very hard mattress (our friends didn’t mind it) and the other room with a queen upstairs (we took that room) needs step stools to get on the bed. It’s extremely high off the ground and difficult to get in and out. (Note for elderly and kids) We enjoyed having a yard and fire pit. It was close enough to town to walk which we did most of the time for dinner in the evenings. (Just be careful crossing at the train tracks. Traffic goes fast at that intersection) There is an Xbox in the basement but you can’t log into games. We couldn’t play any dvds either. You CAN log into any accounts upstairs on the smart tv. Prime, Movies Anywhere, Netflix....this was nice to have. (Logging in if you own your own account. And remember to sign out of all your accounts before you leave) If we go to North Conway again, we will check to see if this house is available.

Very clean and updated home near North Conway town center
This property was very clean and updated with a great central location for North Conway. Check-in/getting into the property was a breeze and check out was just as easy. No need to take your garbage or do your own linen washing, everything was handled. It would have been a 5 star if there was cable TV and the basement was a little less drafty. We will stay again though!
