"The actual property location on Expedia is incorrect, only when receiving the Sykes confirmation was the correct location stated. I messaged the property owner via Expedia to request a cancellation but received no reply. The chalet is fairly dated but clean. "We had a lovely stay here, the lock wasn’t working from the outside but was fixed within half an hour, brilliant! Beds are comfortable and the sofa. A good size cottage the bathroom was abit tight but there are public showers on site aswell would definitely come back here. "This was our first time visiting Cornwall, and we were looking forward to a relaxing couple of days with the family. Unfortunately, the accommodation left much to be desired. Finding the cottage was challenging as the directions provided were unclear. We ended up having to stop and ask locals for guidance before finally locating it. The cottage itself was pleasant in some ways — we loved the beach-themed décor, and there was a generous selection of books, games, DVDs, and CDs for us to enjoy....

"We had a lovely stay at this cottage being 5 adults and plenty of room but may of been a bit pushed if 6 for sitting room but perfect for us. It's a bit way out on single track road and at first was a bit worried about but found perfectly ok by end of holiday. Kitchen was lovely only downside but it didn't affect us a very small ice compartment but luckily we didn't get much frozen food . There are some steep stairs but a great hand rail so not a problem but worth mentioning if you have mobility...
