Not as Described, Terrible Customer Service
Summarizing due to limited characters: Booking process was good. Great communication from Deanna, the property manager both before and during stay. House appeared clean, but many things that are easy to fix, weren't: Toilet paper and towel holder coming off the wall, blinds broken, scuffs/scrapes/dents all throughout, curtain rod falling down, carpet torn, etc. Not big deal, just notified so they could fix later. Bedrooms: 1 King Bedroom and 2 Queen Bedrooms as described. However, the other 2 spaces were not. We had 5 families who each should have had a room. Instead, there is a LOFT with 2 double BUNK BEDS, and 2 twin BUNK BEDS, one room had a trundle bed (not as described), plus a couple had to sleep on a pull out sofa. When we pulled back the comforter on the king bed, it was clear there was a dip in the middle of the mattress. When we looked, the entire frame under the mattress was broken. We had to move the mattress to the floor to sleep as it was not able to be fixed. (handyman came out the next day). Also discovered the patio door was permanently locked. Handyman confirmed they knew about this and didn't tell us. This is a major safety concern, and didn't allow us to use the amenities described in that space (fire pit, grill, etc). We reached out to the owners for partial refund (25%)and were denied. Then they stopped communicating altogether. We had adults sleeping on couch and floor, not all amenities available and safety (egress) concern, but denied partial refund.
