Beautiful views and almost private beach
Eletheura itself is remote and doesn't have the same conveniences we have in the US. For example, the electricity is very unstable. However, this house has a generator that worked flawlessly and other than a very short outage (seconds) it wasn't an issue with this house each time the electricity went out. The pool was very nice and clean, great outdoor furniture, very nice stretch of beach, well equipped kitchen. Not much else I could have asked for. There's a farmer's market a short distance away on Queen's Hwy that is a great place to do most of your grocery shopping. Ten Bay beach is very nice for snorkeling and calmer waters.

Great Place but there are things to watch for
We enjoyed our stay overall. We had 2 issues. One is the generator would not work properly when power went out. Seems to me the generator may be undersized. The other issue we had is an intruder broke into the house at 4 am with all of us in the house. I would advise everyone to be aware of your surroundings and make sure you use the wood wedges to secure all of the sliding glass doors! The police response and the caretakers response we great! Police was there within 15 mins of calling them. Then another group of officers came later that morning. Response time from the caretakers were awesome as well.

Family Vacation
We had a great week at Blue Palms. The house was perfect for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to cook family meals on the nights we decided to stay in. The pool/ beach front combo was a hit with our crew and the water was crystal clear. The location was private but also convenient to other beaches and sights on the island. Checking in was a breeze! We would definitely stay here again.

5 star property on a 5 star tropical island!
There is a reason this property only receives 5 stars and for good reason. Everything you could need for a magical vacation is provided and you could not ask for anything more. The pool was amazing to the beach where we only spotted 9 people over the 10 day stay so we felt like we were the only people there. Only had one issue and could not figure out how the tv worked but we were not there to watch tv so it didn’t really bother us one bit…There were a couple of power cuts on the island while we were there but at the house you wouldn’t know since the generator kicked on and kept everything working perfectly!From the friendly lizards on property to the well stocked kitchen and amazing views, this property ticks all the boxes and we will be back for sure…If you visit this amazing island this property should be on your list to stay at…

Amazing Views
We had a wonderful time with our group of friends. The house was in a nice central location and the house manager was very accommodating. The power went off a couple of times and the house generator came on immediately. That was a great PLUS! My ONLY recommendation would be some upgrades on the small appliances, (no big deal) and dresser’s in the bedrooms, otherwise, it was perfect. We will visit again. We LOVE Eluethera and all the Bahama Islands and the people. 🇧🇸

Great location
We really liked where this house is on the island. As a couple who stayed at the house and cooked most of our own food, it was nice to have grocery stores within 15 mins in either direction. Also some pretty amazing beaches on both sides of the island within 10-15 minutes by car. House was comfortable, pool was heated, ocean sound was relaxing, we enjoyed our time here.

Perfect Location and Lovely Home
This property is the perfect location on Eleuthera (we have been to the island 7 times). The layout was perfect for our group of 7, with plenty of room and privacy. Great views from the kitchen and great room out over the pool and ocean. We went over Christmas, and it gets dark around 6pm; the pool was a great evening spot for everyone to gather, relax, talk and still be outside. We had no issue with no seeums, mosquitoes or other bugs and the weather highs were in the 70s.

Can't beat the view!
The beach was beautiful and we were usually the only ones out there. The weather prevented snorkeling and some of the other water activities in the ocean so it was nice to have the pool. The generator was a huge benefit as they were trimming trees on the road that week so the power was off during the day for a few of the days we were there. This is not a place where yelp or google are very helpful (or accurate) as far as restaurants so a list of local places to eat would be helpful but overall the house was great and we enjoyed our vacation.

Atemberaubender Ausblick, wunderbar gemütlich!
Wir haben die Woche auf Eleuthera sehr genossen. Der Ausblick aus den Panoramafenstern ist einmalig, man kann sich daran nicht satt sehen! Das Haus war wunderbar gemütlich, wir haben uns jederzeit wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Off the beaten path
My husband and I were celebrating our 20yr wedding anniversary and had 2 friends with us. We had a hard time finding the house as we came in at night from N Eleuthra and were trying to find food as well. We got off the main road and couldn't find house based on directions given. Probably wouldn't have been a problemif we had gone straight to house. GPS is not really reliable and there is no house adress. The house was perfect. Very secluded location. Private beach, pretty much. Pool was awesome. Flies and gnats are crazy. May have been the time of year? Didn't spoil the trip

Honeymoon Vacation
We came to this property for my honeymoon with our friends and family. The caretaker mercy is extremely helpful and informative on anything that you would need. When you come to this island, we will definitely be back!

Eleuthera Trip
Great location with amazing ocean views and beach access. We enjoyed sitting on the covered deck and relaxing by the pool. The house is centrally located on the island with close proximity to Governor’s Harbour, grocery stores and restaurants. Also, the Friday night fish fry in Governor’s Harbour is a must do! Our communication with the property manager was limited but Mercy was very responsive when we needed something. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Blue Palms
We had a great stay at Blue Palms, we rented the house from Saturday to Saturday. We were greeted by the caretaker Mercy. She explained everything at the house and how things worked. The house had everything you could need for a week at the beach. But like everyone else says be sure to wear bugspray!!! the noseeums are for real!!!

Amazing home!
We traveled with 4 adult couples and this home offers the perfect set up. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is great. The pool area is perfect and the views are amazing! The beach feels like you have your own private beach! We couldn’t see anyone in either direction. Maria was fantastic during the booking process and was quick to answer any questions we had. Mercy is equally as fantastic and very helpful with questions once you arrive. We will definitely be back to visit Eleuthera and would absolutely stay here again. *check out Tippy’s for a fantastic meal and the most amazing sunsets! Make sure to make reservations.

Amazing Blue Palms!
We had an amazing time at Blue Palms! This property is beautiful, centrally located and includes everything you need for a relaxing, stress free vacation in Eleuthera. The back up generator, filtered water system, gas grill and outdoor showers were much appreciated. It is close to many great restaurants which we loved (Tippy's, 1648, Buccaneer, and La Bougainvillea) and we shopped every other day at the Island Farm for fresh foods. But most of all we loved the infinity edged pool , the beautiful beach/views that we had to ourselves (and were perfect for swimming and snorkeling) and Maria's art work throughout the house. I also can't say enough good things about the Thompson family.......Mercy the caretaker was a real joy. We rented our car from her son. Her son picked us and her husband drove us back to the airport. Such a good hearted family! My husband, my adult daughters and I consider this one of our best vacation adventures ever!

Great Property in Palmetto Point
Blue Palms is an excellent home for a family. The rooms are laid out at the four corners with the main living room and open kitchen in the center. The covered patio provides a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool was a great amenity. The Atlantic-side beach is pristine and, when calm, has great snorkeling. The caretaker, Mercy, was exceptionally helpful and always responsive when we had questions or needed something. We've been to Eleuthera several times and we would stay at Blue Palms again.

Ideal location and house
Blue Palms is located in great central location for exploring all of Eleuthera. House had everything needed including a generator which was great when there was a power outage one day. Pool was nice when we just wanted to hang out at the house and relax. View of ocean was stunning. Would highly recommend snorkeling out back, visiting the many island caves and blue holes, Tippy's for lunch/dinner, and a boat trip from Spanish Wells. Would love to return.

Blue Palms Paradise
This was the perfect home and location for our family and friends. We have been to Eleuthera several times and love the central location of North Palmetto Point. This property was very clean, private and comfortable for our group. Mercy, the caretaker was very helpful and easy to get a hold of when we needed to. We love Eleuthera and will consider staying here again in future.
