"I had a really bad experience. Check-in information wasn’t provided until 4:15 when it had previously been said that it would be at 3pm. When I arrived I discovered that the bed was broken- the bed frame was broken and the bed sagged to the point you could not sleep on it. When I informed them, it took 2 hours for them to look at it and get back to me, at which time they said it couldn’t be fixed and there were no other rooms available. "This newly built cabin has all the amenities you would need and we spent 4 relaxing nights. Decks on both sides of cabins was perfect and coming into the warm cabin with fireplace going...so warm and cosy. Very short walk to the swimming SPA and that was the cleanest spa ever. So very relaxing. Hosts gave us all the instructions on first day and from then were easy to reach if we needed anything. Thank you for the pleasant stay! "

"It would have helped to have a photo and clear description of the 22 pretty steep stairs -we were only told there were not a lot of stairs and there was a handrail. Handrail very important for my husband who has mobility issues. He was able to manage but I had seen a photo of the same stairs for a different listing and rejected that place because of the photo! Otherwise place pretty comfortable and manager pretty available to respond to my texts when I had questions. "

"We checked in pretty late due to traffic. But we had Wayne come out and give us the run down on the place. He didn't leave anything out. The communication with the host was unmatched. Super friendly and amazing the whole stay. If we needed anything they were there right away. The even brought out toys for our daughter to play with. Would definitely stay here again. "We really enjoyed our stay in a Queen Suite. The fireplace provided a cozy ambience and there was lots of room to read and play cards. The coffee machine in the Lobby was much appreciated and the staff was helpful in arranging a taxi downtown. Our only suggestion would be to improve the pool.
