Best place to kick back with the family for 3-night stay, I would have loved to stay longer
With 10 of us including four small children, we needed flexible sleeping options. This home delivered. Extra mattresses & beds, little alcoves, bunk beds, & more. Good AC, everyone was comfortable. These people are great communicators who have thought of almost everything you could need or want. The best-equipped vacation home ever & we’ve stayed in many. The hot tub was large, clean, & ready for use when we arrived, and there are loads of pool towels. Bring your own outdoor games. Plenty of furniture (indoor & outdoor) for the whole group, rooms & spaces, different areas to gather or spend time in alone or in small groups. Bluetooth speakers on the porch & in the hot tub gazebo. Five different picnic table/ bench sets placed around the spacious grounds. Large deck & patio. We appreciated the game/playroom with pool, foosball, toys, games, books, & more. Also the 2 dishwashers, and 2 washer/dryer combos. The restful property is tucked in between a small pond, a road leading to some kind of industrial building around a corner that had no negative effect on us whatsoever, a residential neighborhood, & another pond with a little overlook shelter that our grandkids loved to “hike” over to…about a 30-second walk LOL. Nice balance of open space & shade trees. Clean, pleasant, uncluttered, well-stocked, in a convenient location a few blocks off the Sunset Highway, a winner!

Peaceful, beautiful place!
Host was quick to reply and communicate. The home was beautiful. Two dishwashers & two washers & dryers. Beach towels for the hot tub. The decor made it so peaceful to be with family after losing our mom to cancer. Play room kept the kids entertained.

Baby Shower
Held our daughter-in-law’s baby shower here in April 2024. It rained but the views and balcony let us enjoy the outside anyway. This place is perfect for entertaining a larger group. Our family stayed overnight and found all our needs met. The home is well stocked, clean, and cozy. The management team is very responsive for questions. We’ve already started planning our next family gatherings at this property.

Wonderful stay
Beautiful home that was a great place for my friends and family to catch up and enjoy each other’s company. House was stocked with snacks for everyone, and there was plenty to do (foosball, pool, etc.). Everyone mentioned how comfortable the beds were in all of the rooms. Bathrooms were very nice, too. Hosts are amazing with communication. Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous, Comfy, and Well Stocked Getaway
This place is stunning. In most cases, professional photos make a house look nicer than it is. This house is the opposite. The photos don’t do it justice; it is even more beautiful in person. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The view was beautiful. There was plenty of parking. The cabinets are incredibly well stocked (thank you for all the coffee supplies!!!). The long bench table was perfect for our group meals. I may have to make this house our yearly getaway spot!!

Fantastic stay
Great property, especially at the price. The only downside was that the counters in the bathrooms were oddly high, which was a mild obstacle for our shorter guests. But beyond that space was big, felt luxurious, private, and part of nature.

We were having our daughters wedding up at Horning’s Hideout and needed a home to stay where we could get ready and be close by! This beautiful home was perfect! Everything we needed and more! Loved the hot tub after dancing the night away and setting up the venue all day! Very nice to only be 15 minutes from the venue and to have plenty of space for the family to stay together!

Amazing Family Experience
We absolutely had a wonderful time staying here. The property was perfect for our family of 7 with 5 teenagers. Such a great bedroom set up and very well stocked with whatever we needed. Plenty of space to spread out and still be together. The hot tub and game room were an added bonus. Would stay here again.

EXTRAORDINARY HOME
Although this home was in an ordinary neighborhood and looked ordinary as you drove into the driveway, upon entering, there was nothing ordinary about it. Our family of 11 ( teenager , young adults, parents, grandparents) were 100% happy and comfortable. We all felt the warmth and coziness of the home the minute we entered the front door, and this was especially noted because of the cold temps & ice storm we experienced during our stay. The host made certain we had extra new blankets and flashlights just in case of a power outage which fortunately didn’t occur. The homes’ common area with it’s openness and big comfy couch seating was beyond adequate as all of us spent time together in the space. The dining area, kitchen, and amenities and supplies were beyond expectation. There were 3 separate areas for entertainment and relaxing , not to mention the outdoor space. The sleeping arrangements and beds for 11 of us were great. Attention to detail and communication with the host, Karen, was probably the best we’ve experienced. Did I mention clean? So very clean and spotless. If you choose this home , you will definitely not be disappointed.

Everything We Needed & Wanted
This last week we stayed at this location and it was simply perfect! I took my staff here for some training and fun and this home gave us all the space to do it all! Everyone was comfortable with their own space, but there was also space to all be together! We enjoyed all the spaces this home had to offer and everyone wished we could stay longer! Thank you for creating a homey, comfy space for large gatherings! We will be back!
