"With a baby we needed a place with enough entertainment, so we didn’t have to go out much. This place has ALL of that and more. We loved it. We cooked, grilled, swam, played tennis, pickleball, ping pong, pool; all at the house. It was perfect."

"The house was very clean and spacious. We had a grand time for the weekend and enjoyed the pool and grill outside. There were minor inconveniences such as primary bedroom door handle was missing a screw and kept falling off. The pool lights and heating did not work as advertised. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"We had a lovely 3 days over Thanksgiving. Kirk could not be more attentive and gracious. Kitchen is well stocked. The sunroom was a nice cozy space for us to hang out. Thank you!"

"This house is as advertised – very comfortable for a large group. We are a group of 12 and everyone fit at the dining table. The bedrooms we very nice – bed linens amazing! Pool was closed for the season but the hot tub was open and very clean. The outside seating is comfortable. We did run out of gas for the grill – so check in advance that the tank is full. You will have a great weekend - enjoy! "

"My family came from California and had a wonderful experience staying here. Our hostess Linda was wonderful, providing us with beach chairs, a beautiful location to go to the beach and was very efficient in any questions that we had. The place was beautiful, clean and very peaceful. We loved the location too!"

"David was a phenomenal host! He was super responsive, communicative, organized and attentive to any questions we had about the property. The outdoor space is amazing super private, beautiful pool, hottub and landscaping and a spacious outside eating area, firepit and ping-pong table. The house had ample space and bathrooms for all our guests. The property is also in a great location and close to the village of southampton, sag harbor and east hampton. Thanks for a wonderful stay! "
