"With a baby we needed a place with enough entertainment, so we didn’t have to go out much. This place has ALL of that and more. We loved it. We cooked, grilled, swam, played tennis, pickleball, ping pong, pool; all at the house. It was perfect."

"The house was very clean and spacious. We had a grand time for the weekend and enjoyed the pool and grill outside. There were minor inconveniences such as primary bedroom door handle was missing a screw and kept falling off. The pool lights and heating did not work as advertised. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

The outdoor space is amazing super private, beautiful pool, hottub and landscaping and a spacious outside eating area, firepit and ping-pong table. The house had ample space and bathrooms for all our guests. The property is also in a great location and close to the village of southampton, sag harbor and east hampton. Thanks for a wonderful stay! "Overall it was a great experience. However, the downstairs shower was ice cold so none of the girls were able to shower there. The sinks also got clogged very easily which was tough with 12 girls in the house! Also, we were unable to open the front door with the key, we had to use the side door after trying for 20 minutes. Beautiful home, super clean and great location!"
