"We have, over the decades, rented dozens of properties around the world for our family. We've never had better, more responsive support from an owner or manager. The property was clean, as represented in the pictures, and a lovely quiet location yet close to everything in the Rochester area. We highly recommend this property. "

"The apartment is located above a bar, they have loud music (the whole apartment vibrates) on Fridays and Saturdays, the place looks very unsafe at night, outside they have tables with bar service, but they smoke cigarettes and marijuana, the people in the bar are not aggressive or mess with you, but it feels unsafe. The entrance to the building is shared with the bar and then you have to climb some narrow wooden stairs, there is a keypad door, but it looks like it has been broken into before and...

"Our stay was fantastic! The property was exactly as promised, and Erick was an absolute delight to deal with. He was incredibly prompt in answering all our questions and offered so many great local suggestions. The welcome snack basket and homemade cookies were such a thoughtful touch! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"A very clean and comfortable home. Plenty of space for my family (3 of us). Lots of extra towels, beach towels, blankets and kitchen supplies. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash being supplied was a nice touch. Practically across the street from Seabreeze and just a short walk (or drive) away from a beach. Neighborhood is quiet (other than the noise from Seabreeze which closes at 8pm). During our stay we were impacted by the poor air quality so we spent more time indoors than planned....

"Carrie gets the 5 stars she was amazing and so accommodating! We had a place to stay in Buffalo the night before we were coming to Rochester, late in the day they canceled on us and there were no hotel rooms. Carrie let us in early and kept us from being homeless several thousand miles away from home and with children. "

"We enjoyed our stay with its wooded small town feel. The home was clean, and had everything we needed. The host was kind and easy to get in contact with. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Overall, I’d liked the place. It looked even better in person. It was exactly what I needed.Everything was exactly as described. It came with water and some snacks. It was well stocked with seasonings dishes, pots, and pans. Everything that you need. The washer and dryer worked great and efficiently. It was beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. It was very very clean. The neighborhood was nice. You are living near an airport so you will hear airplanes go...

"We had an amazing stay at the property with a multi-generational family (grandparents, parents and kids). We had 4 kids ages 1-7, and 6 adults. The house was so well set up for the kids and adults, we will definitely be returning.There are so many good things to say but here are some of the highlights: We loved walking around the track in the backyard, making smores by the firepit, catching frogs at the pond. We swam to our heart's content and got fresh eggs from the chickens every morning. Kids...
