The apartment is actually in the barn, so every morning I was able to open the door and say good morning to the goats and ducks. Our apartment was awesome and very accommodating. "What a unique experience staying in a literal tree house. The bathroom shared with the other tree house was so wonderfully built as is the barn that it resides in. I only stayed one night and wished I stayed multiple nights. I will definitely consider staying here again for future MTB trips in the area! "

"The cabin was quaint and perfect for what we were looking for. We were close to town, but felt way more isolated. The cabin was off grid, but had running water and electricity. We were comfortable and very happy with our stay. It was beautiful and wildlife was abundant. The hosts were attentive, but not intrusive. We will definitely be back."

"My sister and I stayed here while taking a two day class at King Arthur Baking School. The pictures don't even do it justice on how cute and well appointed the property is. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and there were plenty of bath towels. The owners were always quick to respond to any question. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Nice place overall and a very convenient location. Property was very clean and well equipped for a weekend stay of 4-5 people. The village of Quechee is very cute. Only thing to be aware of is the spiral stairs which could be tricky for people with limited mobility."

"We booked this cottage for a girls’ weekend to celebrate a 50th birthday and it was perfect! It’s a few miles outside of Woodstock - with a lovely covered bridge nearby. In the woods, it made for a perfect, cozy spot for coffee on the enclosed back porch with a breeze coming in the screen door. Kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again!"
