"I really enjoyed my stay at this property. I had a very early check in and there was no problem obtaining the key. The building has security 24 hours a day which gave me a good sense of security. Located with a 5 minute walk to the train station. And 10 minute walk to the mall. Plenty of great restaurant choices. I would rent again on my next trip to Manila! Keith B."

"They sent us check in instruction stating that we do not need to call them. To just arrive between check in time. We got there and we were not allowed to check in. The guard was asking for clearance certificate from the owner of the property in which i dont have and not aware off. So this was a total waste of money and time not to mention the stressed they've caused us. "
