"We wanted to get away and leave the city behind in a dog friendly cabin with full kitchen. It's a great cabin for that. It had streaming services on the main TV. We had issues with our T-Mobile cellphone service. There is a Verizon tower close, I assume Verizon customers will have better service. I had to drive to Springerville to make phone calls on my T-Mobile cellphone. Our devices were able to use the cabin Wi-Fi to stream shows or movies. Spotty texting and no cellular phone calls...

A few misleading items we noticed, trying to get an RV into the space is difficult due to the trees, the power to the RV space had been hit prior to our arrival so the post it was mounted to was leaning pretty bad and we were unsure if safe to use so it wasn’t. "My husband and I stayed at this cabin for our first year wedding anniversary. It was exactly as described! Very cute and quaint. A perfect walk to the Molly Butler Lodge and the diner in town. The Little Colorado River is visible from the walking path and is so pretty and peaceful. The property owner was responsive and helpful. Would 100% stay here again and again. It is tucked away and just wonderful. Plus parking and access to streaming services to watch movies and such! "

"We have stayed here 3 times. Not fancy but very comfortable. My brother and I have been doing our annual fishing trip up in Greer for 20 years and Martin's Getaway has been the best place to stay so far. Hot showers, comfortable beds, will be coming back next year."

"Husband and wife, we go up 2-3 times a year. Never stayed on this side of Molly Butlers. Great little cabin. I would not recommend it for 4 adults but 2 adults and 1-2 kiddos. Super clean, had everything the two of us needed.We made our annual visits to Molly Butlers for cocktails and dinner. Burgers and Primexrib fantastic. New coffee shop right below was great for our Sunday departure. Cafe Rendezvous Cafe for breakfast awesome as always "

We had issues with cable, called for assistance the night we got there and first thing Saturday morning and no one called us back. we thought we could relax and watch a movie or two - didn't happen..
