"We loved this house and location. It was just perfect for our 3-day stay on the Cape. The house was perfectly clean with great linens and towels, and stocked kitchen. Right across the street is the most awesome little neighborhood market, with pizza oven, fresh breads, deli, pastries, and wine. A 2-min walk away is a 16-mile rail trail that was great for morning walks. The only disappointment was a charcoal grill instead of a small gas grill. We had in mind to grill one night but it was...

"Nice upper suite. Clean rooms. It was nice that linens were provided. It had a small mini fridge and small microwave stacked on a table. A table to sit at would have been nice. 2 small mugs and 2 plastic wine glasses were supplied as well. I stayed for 6 nights so I just kept rinsing out my mug. 2 separate AC units provided comfortable temperature. Nice quiet area. The deck was nice. It was wet from condensation in the morning and then hot in afternoon with full sun so I didn’t use it. ...

"We had a great week at the house. Dawn was very helpful with all logistical planning and proactive in communicating that the house was ready as we were already on island. It’s the best stocked house we’ve rented. Beach chairs, bikes, lawn games, kids games for inside, and everything was incredibly easy to find. Kitchen is great, all you need to do is show up. Thank you for the hospitality! "

"A group of friends and I had a lovely long weekend stay here. The yard is so big and perfect for games and relaxing, and the house is close to several beaches, mini golf, restaurants, ice cream, etc. The layout is kind of weird, but we had plenty of space for everything. Would stay here again!"

"1 BR on first floor, 5 BR on second floor. Numerous tvs everywhere. Nice patio and yard. Kitchen well stocked. Short walk to beach which is Hen Cove. Fun for kids to catch minnows, hermit crabs, shrimp. Beach is shallow and not crowded. Several restaurants close by to go out or get take out. Outdoor shower was perfect. We enjoyed our week. "
