"Overall great location and hotel. Definitely outdated furniture etc, but generally pretty clean. It was a little stressful being told by the host how to bypass any timeshare conversations. "The unit's location is very accessible to the freeway, grocery store and dining options! The community is quiet and well maintained. The unit's floor plan is good, sized just right and the 2 bedrooms are big as well as the bathrooms. The washer and dryer is a big help and dishwasher as well! "The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. "It was so quiet and beautiful in the property. My daughter came from Phoenix with her 14 month old baby who enjoyed crawling in the very spacious and beautiful suite. I love everything southwest and this place was nicely decorated with lots of Native American art inside and out. I loved it. The lobby was very nice and it had a self serve with a Kurig coffee maker. "The Bell Rock trailhead is only 2 blocks away, but I didn’t think the trails were marked all that well. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance or a short car ride away. Red Chopstick, Red Rock Cafe sad Tortes del Fuego are all very good. There is also a grocery store right next to Red Rocks Cafe. The jets in the hot tub weren’t working the first night we got there. I alerted the front desk and they were fixed the next day."
