Fine for our needs

It was just me and my adult daughter. We were there for a bird watching trip, so we left early each morning and came back late. The place is fairly small but has all the basic amenities. We made simple meals and watched TV at night in the two comfortable recliners. The only downside was the size of the beds, which I believe are singles. I'm used to a king at home, so it was just something I had to get used to. But to be fair, the listing was clear so I should have paid more attention. Still, it was only a minor issue. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Oak Harbor

Location on a canal was pleasant and full of wildlife activity. The condo was well appointed and well located! It was pleasant to be entertained by the variety of birds!

Disappointing stay at Green Cove

For us, the layout of the living room did not work. Two oversized theater chairs took up about half of the living room area. There was no table or chairs to have a meal. We used the 'porch' area with a very small table for dining, with one of us sitting on one end of the single bed, and the other on a small folding chair. We did enjoy the views fhis space. We were disappointed that the 'porch' no longer served as a porch, bur rather as a second very small bedroom with a single bed. We wanted to open the porch door, but could not seem to find a way to do it. Overall, this rental was disappointing. We would not rent this unit again.

Holiday get-a-way

Decided to enjoy the Labor Day holiday with fishing and relaxing. The experience at the property was awesome. There's food, fuel and fishing near by. Plus you're a short drive from Oak Harbor and Port Clinton.

Camp Perry Get Away

I traveled to the area for the national matches at Camp Perry and this condo was a great place to relax after long days on the range. I stayed in this complex last year, but a different unit. This one has a washer and dryer that was a very nice addition.

Nice location, quiet stay, good price

The condo was comfortable and the perfect size for a family of four. The kitchen was equipped with basic supplies to cook meals. The neighborhood is peaceful and the folks we encountered were really nice. We enjoyed the pool except that about half the chairs were broken. Not the host’s fault, but an inconvenience because it was busy. The property was clean except for the stairwell and the grill which are subjected to bugs and birds.

The steps leading to door had bird feces. the rug was badly STAINED and we could not tell if it was clean. The fan/light adjustments were high above the ceiling and we could not reach them to make adjustments.

Perfect getaway vacation spot for relaxation and fishing!

I booked a fishing charter and this condominium was recommended by family friends. I found Mark's condo listed and it was perfect. The pool is literally a rock throw away, everyone around is so nice and friendly. You can walk right out the back and fish off the dock. The condo was clean, was well stocked with amenities and had central air. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
