Yard was NOT fenced
Overall the house is in a convenient location and just a very short walk to the beach. Home was clean and had everything we would need for our stay. Owner was easy to contact. I emailed the owner prior to booking the property since it did state it had a fenced yard but there were no pics at the time and I was told yes the yard is fenced. However, the yard is not fenced it’s partially fenced and has a 3 foot unfenced opening where a gate should be. The owners response via text was to just put a chair in the opening which is not acceptable. I have an 11 pound dog who would escape easily and there is still a gap in the car port wall where the outdoor shower is where a dog can also escape. Owner stated other renters left dogs out all day and they had complaints so they took the gate down. I should have been notified of this and offered a full refund. The only reason this property was chosen is for that fenced yard. Ultimately the owner apologized and offered to comp 2 days if we rented there again. I was also told they were going to put in the gate after our stay. The gate should have been there to begin with since they advertised the property as dog friendly with a fenced yard.

Family Vacation
This was our first family vacation. The first time some of our family had ever seen the ocean. The house is situated where we could walk to the beach whenever we wanted. I don't think that there was anything lacking. She has thought of everything. My husband and I stayed a couple of years ago and really liked it. We would definitely stay again.

Week in Heaven
This was our second time staying at this house and it fits our family so well. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The front porch is one of the best places to spend early mornings and evenings. Quick walk to the beach. Owner is very responsive and a reasonable time.

Stay at the Beach
We enjoyed our stay, the beach was so close we enjoyed the walk. I was disappointed I couldn't see the beach or hear it as was advertised. The houses built in front completely blocked the view. Otherwise I enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Our children and grands spent 1 night to surprise my husband for his birthday. We enjoyed the house very much.

best dog friendly beach getaway !!!!
TUESDAY AFTERNOON was the perfect vacation Short walking distance to the beach 3 bdr perfect for the family an our pet dog . They have a BEAUTIFUL fenced in back yard perfect to play ball an run around with your pet or just to relax. It also had a big hot an cold water shower outside which was great after being on the beach. Whether or not u bring your furry friend this house was amazing we will definetly be renting in the near future This house was BEAUTIFUL pictures dont do it justice alot bigger then we thought LOVED IT !!!!

Great beach house!
Gail was easy to communicate with, the house was clean, beds were comfortable, and proximity to beach access was very close. The only thing I would note is to be careful on the outdoor steps if wet due to the steps being painted. My wife slipped and fell on one of the steps since they tend to get very slippery when wet while carrying our 10 month old. Luckily everyone was fine though! Would definitely stay again!

Clean, Comfortable and Close to Beach
Such a wonderful pet friendly beach house. Everything was so clean and organized. Beach access is only 1 block away. Enjoyed walking the dogs on the beautiful beaches. Front porch is a good spot to just sit and enjoy the beach air and people watch. We had nice weather and a very relaxing weekend. Gail checked in via text to make sure everything was ok. Home away from Home
Plenty of space. Gated front porch so the dog could stay out as long as he wanted. Front porch was a great place to enjoy the sun in the afternoons. 5 minute walk to the ocean - great location. Very quiet this time of year. So a great relaxing vacation.
