"Surprisingly easy street parking for the Chicago area. This property is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. We stayed in the Chalet Suite. Be aware that the Chalet and Oak Park suites are on the third floor and you will have to hike up quite a lot of stairs, but the room is gorgeous if you're up to the hike. The innkeeper, Beth, is very kind and attentive to her guests. She puts a lot of thought into the breakfast as well. We had multigrain croissants imported from France, fresh squeezed orange...

"We were two families and the inside of the property was superb. If you care about cooking healthy during your stay, they ‘ve got healthy cooking utensils. Space is big enough for kids to play around. We enjoyed our stay overall. It was indeed home away from our home."

"The home was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. For future guests, the washer/dryer are in the basement, which is fine, but for people with mobility issues this may present a problem. The home is in a nice area and we had no safety concerns while there. The home is older but has been updated with fresh paint, flooring and decor. There are no TVs in the bedrooms if that is a feature that is important to you."
