The parking is difficult, because of the angle and neighbor and you cannot park on the street. "The hosts were very nice and accomodating. Staying in Carpenteria was a perfect location. Walking to the beach is not practical but it's only less than a five minute drive to Loon Point. We all appreciated having our own bedrooms and each having our own bathroom too. The layout of the house worked well and were comfortable relaxing in the home. "The property is exactly as described. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach. And easy access to downtown Montecito. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog. The owners were upstairs but have a separate driveway and entry to their home. We saw them twice during our one week stay (very briefly).
