The bath top floor leaks all over the floor and through the ceiling as soon as the plug is taken out. Reported Friday. It looks like this wasn’t the first time.
Central heating works fine for most of the house, bar the single room middle floor, and the hallway to the staircase ground floor, which were stone cold. The heating comes on at random times with no obvious or published way for the guest to decide.

Dining room clock was still on British summer time, so what, but maybe the heating is set up the same way.
