Had such a lovely short stay at Nikki’s place. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful and showed me around, and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable.

I felt welcomed the moment the door was opened and my host invited me to choose slippers and showed me the kitchen amenities and then my quiet bedroom zen den. The bed was clean, fresh and oh so comfortable. I look forward to returning.

Immaculate Home
The place was very clean and felt comfortable. I had a good night sleep. Neighborhood seemed safe with lots of street parking. Nikki was a great host and responsive to questions. I would come back and rent this room again.

Nice Host, Clean, Comfortable and Safe.
I went for a 2 night stay in Berkeley while attending a 1 year birthday party for my great niece and visiting with family. The hostess met me at the door even though my arrival time was only approximate. She gave me a tour of the property and showed me around the kitchen and said I could use the kitchen and her condiments and other food. She made me tea and all went fine from then on. I felt safe and slept well both nights.

Cozy stay
Both the host and the home were so welcoming! The host made check-in easy and the room was an absolute gem. I felt like I was staying at a cozy bed-and-breakfast. I definitely recommend staying here!

Nikki is a very kind host and the property is lovely. Slightly hilly but pretty walk to the Berkeley campus. Very close to several delicious restaurants. Overall great!

Perfect for solo visitors.
Nikki is so thoughtful, accommodating and is an amazing hostess. I had yet to stay in a "shared" space but Nikki has done everything to make visiting easy and their house is spacious, clean and quiet. Cozy, quiet, super clean, fast wifi, the backyard with the sliding glass door was really nice, the neighborhood is in a great central location in Berkeley, parking was easy and safe. I would go there again in the future.
