Beautiful spot
The property was fantastic, exactly as described online. Sauna was awesome, beds comfy. Views were out of this world. Only slight fault was that I left a answer machine message asking how to use the sauna ( there were no instructions) and never received a reply. We worked it out but the customer service could be improved. Nonetheless it was a fantastic stay, we will definitely be returning.

Such a great location with beautiful views. We loved watching the wildlife - especially the baby seal! Fishing from the Pier was great too.

Very rural
Very spacious beautiful views. The main thing to be aware of is, it does not state that there is no shop nearby, you need to stock up on everything before as very rural, you wouldn't want to be driving at night later on looking for somewhere on those roads. Luckily we found a place 5 mins by car the gunpowder café were they do lovely food so we ate there on our 2day stay. I would highly recommend it, quirky place with excellent food and drink choice. It would be helpful to offer a welcome pack ie.. milk as there was a couple of teabags and coffee sachets in the property but no milk. Lovely for a couple of nights stay but the bed is very small for such a large bedroom that was our only moan as it very uncomfortable .

The property smelled very sour and damp smelling,it said there was a hot tub when in fact it was a spa bath ,the bed was very uncomfortable and the bedding very damp smelling or may have been smells from an animal very dissapointed

Location amazing, disappointed with lack of welcome pack/goodies,no shampoo etc in shower and amount of white doghair on floor/ marks on doors.The information sheet was out of date with unhelpful information and failed to extend to giving direction as tohow to operate the oven which was also not fitted correctly and caught against the ajacent drawers.

Not what was advertised
We booked a house and got a flat, we had an old dog who could not climb stairs. In our first full day we had to call a vet as he had taken a turn with climbing stairs. We then had to leave on the second day. When we handed our key back and explained and asked if we could get a refund the site manager said speak to VRBO as it’s not her problem, we have had the run around with VRBO

Fantastic Loch Get-Away!
A fantastic, spacious and fully equipped waterfront (lochfront!) unit on the 2nd floor so fantastic, sweeping views - complete privacy, yet 30 minutes to Oban and the Isle of Mull passenger and car ferry - can’t wait to return!

Beautiful location but............
Firstly this property is in a beautiful location and there are a number of places worth visiting in the area. The kitchen is excellent and the balcony was well used in the sunny weather. Everything that was promised in the apartment with 2 baths and a sauna. However, as it highlighted in the previous review the bed is not comfortable and the pillows are poor. It seems picky to highlight these things but you do need to sleep and it is a luxury accommodation which we and other people are paying for

Beautiful Location
Although the booking and location were exceptional we were let down by the accommodation perfect in every way all mod con catered for the big let down was the bed ! The mattress hard and was high at one side and when you tried to turn the roll together was awful also the bedding was cheap and nasty the sheet was some form of flanelette which had been washed so many times it had baubles which were rough against your skin and the duvet was also past its sell by date by the end of the week I was so tierd I actual slept on the recliner chair in the lounge which was more comfortable such a shame as it was faultless overall The other one thing that is not on any of the property information is the fact there is a stair leading up to the property which does have a stair lift but if pointed out in the property info we would of requested a downstairs property as I had just undergone back surgery and the stairs were not ideal and as my spouse was over the weight limit for the stairlift found it very difficult to get all our luggage up the stairs thank goodness for a young chap who was doing some work outside he helped us with all oir luggage etc up into the house manyvthanks to him ! Dont get me wrong this was a fabulous place to stay dont be put off you wouldnt want to miss this but bedding really needs updated it lets it down Also thanks to Hazel for making the booking and information process very easy Diane & Lori

Very nice accommodations with stunning views
The Bridge Deck is spacious, with a large kitchen/dining area/living area with a wood burning stove. The bedroom is likewise spacious with a connecting bathroom, sauna and jacuzzi. The sliding glass door in the living area leads to a deck with stunning views of the Fearnauch Bay (that is teeming with wildlife) and the surrounding mountains. We spent many hours sitting on the deck and taking in the surrounding beauty! Our lovely and gracious host, Hazel, was most helpful and went above and beyond in helping us out. We will be back to the Bridge Deck next time we are in the Oban area!
