"We never received a code to get in until 2-3 hrs later, I had read about the mold on the walls & broken ac & was assured everything was fixed, the air didn’t work for 2 days, frig didn’t close unless pushed in on bottom, mold in closet & above frig. I cloroxed the wall in bedroom so it felt safer to sleep in myself & washer always unbalanced. Great location but a lot of work!"

"Hello, I rented the lovely property. My sons, their families with young children accompanied me. We spent the week enjoying each other's company. We love to cook. Everything in the kitchen was provided for us to make our meals. "This place is fantastic. It is right in heart of OC and just steps from the beach and boardwalk. The place is perfect for a small family. It was very clean and bed was comfortable. Check in/out was a breeze. The other folks staying on the property were super friendly too! Kristi and Chris had great communication. They are friendly and extremely responsive. "Everything was great. Check in and communication with the property owner was great. We were weary of using the upstairs bathroom as there was obvious plumbing issues from the wet stains on the ceiling in the kitchen. Nothing noticeably wet. We just used the bathroom downstairs for the duration of our stay. The condo was clean and big. Pictures online absolutely did it justice. True to size in the photos. If you’re not an early riser, I’d suggest booking elsewhere just due to the Bungalow...

"We loved a much needed getaway weekend here! It was the perfect location for us, just off the beach and the end of the boardwalk with easy walking and bike access to the shops and restaurants around town.
