Second Year Back!
We love the Irene and the Condo. Nicole responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Great view of the Ocean and indoor pool is very nice. Two years in a row and we had a wonderful time!

Perfect week
The property was beautiful and overlooked the ocean. We were steps away from the beach. There was an issue with parking and Nicole was responsive in minutes with a solution. The space is roomy and was perfect for my family and parents

Great Stay
This unit has all the conveniences of home. It's cozy but big enough for a large group, we had two adults and three children under the age of twelve. They, also have a front balcony where you leave all your items from the beach, which eliminates any sand in the condo. The Gold Coast is a few blocks away which has all the stores you need. Acme Market and restaurants are also close.

Overall great stay! Owner sent me all needed info ahead of time so I really appreciated the communication. I was pleased when I arrived. Extremely easy parking close to the main door. Easy to load and unload with luggage carts. You can get from your car to the condo in a minute. The condo has easy access to the beach. We loved the king bed and the kids room is cute. The view is AMAZING. Great location for driving access to everything in OC. The front desk was responsive when we spoke to them. Our kid loved the indoor pool. Great for families. The lobby is cute and welcoming. Only minor suggestions for improvement would be the bathrooms are outdated and the condo needs a little extra cleaning on the vents and floors (under the couches). While the view is amazing, some larger blinds/curtains for the morning would be nice due to the brightness. And the game room no longer has arcade games, just table games. Again these are minor.

Wonderful Vacation Spot
The condo is nicely updated and super convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was easy to get in touch with the owners and they were extremely helpful. We found that everyone in the building went out of their way to be kind and share information about their community.

Great Family Condo
We had a blast here with our 2 boys and little girl. The condo is very nice inside and very comfortable. We had plenty of room with us and our 3 kids. It has great beach access and an indoor pool for rainy days. Its close to everything you need for a fun famuly vacation. We had a blast and will definitely go back.

Great condo in a convenient location!
Condo was spacious for our family of 4, clean, and tastefully decorated in a modern beach theme. Our favorite part was the amazing view of the ocean and large furnished balcony. Washer and dryer work great and kitchen is fully equipped but I did use my own frying pan and knife. The Irene is in a very convenient location in the quieter part of Ocean City and a short drive to Delaware for tax free outlet shopping. The beach had life guards and wasn’t too crowded. Having the indoor pool was really nice since we had a few rainy days during our stay. The owner is very responsive and quickly addressed an issue we had with the cable. Our favorite dinner spots were the Original Crabcake Factory and Ropewalk. Overall I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

We had a great trip and will be back!
The Irene itself is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Less than 5 minutes from the time you lock the unit door to the time your feet are in the water. The view from the condo is absolutely stunning. We liked being about a 20 minute drive from the Boardwalk. (Accessible for an afternoon but without the crowds otherwise.) Things to know, that we are accustomed to in rentals: you have to bring your own sheets and towels, the kitchen has the basics so you may want to bring a few extras if you plan to cook a lot. (We always bring a cookie sheet, big frying pan, and good kitchen knife.) There is a weekly parking fee you pay when you arrive. We were checking out on a Monday and with no one right behind us, they graciously offered to delay our check out by a few hours so we could enjoy the beach a little extra.

A Beautiful Stay
We been coming to OC for years, but this is 1st since 2018. Usually stay in a nearby high rise, but this was a nice substitute. Kids are older so it seemed different, but overall a great week away.

Great place.. Just a couple items
Very nice place inside the condo.. we were told the parking permit was $40 but turned out to be $60. Just be prepared, we heard others questioning this upon checking in. Neighbors’ door is literally at the head of the master bed and they kept slamming the doors at all hours. Very nice but could some updates in the bathrooms for the price.

Great beach condo and Nicole was very helpful and responsive
This condo was so much cuter than the pictures let on. Our group consisted of 2 single moms and 2 kids (4 and 5). This property was perfect for us. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably, eat, and hang out. The balcony was so much bigger than expected and offered another great space to hang out. The convenience to the beach was wonderful, especially with 2 little kids and having access to the indoor pool was a nice alternative for overcast days. The check in procedure was easy, and there was ample parking available, although the parking fee was increased since the advertisement (not by much though). Nicole was responsive and accommodating and the condo included a nice binder with additional local information including restaurants, activities and sites which we took advantage of as well. It was also so helpful to have 2 full bathrooms in the unit. We would happily stay here again!

Nice place gorgeous beach
My husband and I stayed for a week. We had perfect weather. Son & family joined us for weekend. We had plenty of space and all were comfortable. 3 yr old gdaughter loved the pool and ocean. The view from the condo balcony is lovely but the beach is obstructed by a huge wooden deck. Nicole was great to deal with Answered questions promptly.

Loved it!
This condo was really so nice. It was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and didn’t lack for anything. The view is nice and the location is convenient to stores and restaurants. We have 4 young children and the walk to the beach was close and easy. I also loved that we didn’t have to keep track of a key. We really had a great time! Thank you so much!

Wonderful time!
We had an amazing time at this condo! The views were incredible and we loved being a close walk to the beach. At the time of our stay, there didn’t appear to be a lot of others staying in the complex. It was private and quiet. Appreciated the washer and dryer. Lots of great places to eat and visit nearby.

This was a great condo by the beach. It was very convenient and the amenities were really good. Only area of improvement would be the bed quality in the guest room but that was not a dealbreaker. We would definitely look to stay here again.

COVID Getaway
We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. We debated whether to cancel due to COVID but opted to go. Overall this is a very nice unit in a great location with a nice view of the ocean. The only downside was the quality of the bedding in the second bedroom. One mattress was particularly bad. Because of the COVID situation, we brought our own food and prepared most meals in the condo. In past experience most of these rentals come with some beach chairs and an umbrella. This unit did not, but it had a nice outside area to store them. Because we had to pack so much extra food, it was a chore to pack in our own beach gear as space was a premium. The owner is super responsive and communication was excellent. If the bedding is upgraded, we would definetly rebook in the future.
