Amazing property! Very close to the beach and intracoastal waterway access for kayaking. Owner was very easy to contact with any questions and provided lots of information. The property smelled so clean when we got there. Best house we have stayed in on OIB!

Best Vacation Ever

What an awesome week staying at this lovely house. My brothers, sister in laws, nieces and nephews started a new tradition every spring break visiting our mother and this trip was by far our best. And it was absolutely because of this house. Our first time staying on OIB and it did not disappoint. The house had everything. The layout was perfect. The house and pool were clean and everyone loved staying here. If you ever visit OIB; you would be silly passing up a house like this.

Great beach vacation! Hadn’t been to OIB in years. can’t believe how much it’s grown. Our house was everything we wanted or needed. Terri was VERY accommodating and responsive. We loved it all!

Family Vacation

Exceptional property - family of 12 stayed and had plenty of space for everyone. Location is close to beach and corner lot provided extra space. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again. Host was excellent to work with in preparing for our stay. There were no issues to deal wiht during our stay. Great vacation!

Spring getaway

The property is exceptionally clean, well-stocked and conveniently located to the beach and about one mile from stores/restaurants. We stayed during the off-season (March) and there was a lot of construction vehicles/traffic going up and down on the street which detracted a bit from the serenity of the surroundings. It wasn't warm enough for the usual beach activity, but we enjoyed the bicycles (they don't look like much but it's a quality ride) and exploring the area. It is a perfect house for summertime as it is literally steps from the ocean. The owner is fantastic and very accessible. We were caught off guard about having to rent sheets and towels and make our own beds upon arrival (I hadn't noticed that in the listing but it clearly states it now.) Other than that minor inconvenience, it was a lovely stay and would be great for a large family. There is also a nice pool and a big yard with a grill.

Peaceful beach house stay

Our 3 sons, 2 wife’s and new 5 month old grandson gathered the week after Christmas to celebrate together. We loved that there was seating for everyone and that the beds were super comfortable! We enjoyed large family meals together and all the amenities that OIB has to offer! The property manager was phenomenal and super communicative and the kitchen was so well stocked!

Loved this Beach Getaway

This home on the canal was just perfect for our family getaway. So close to the beach (one block), awesome pool (that we had heated), kayaking on the canal, tons of bike rides, and overall relaxing atmosphere. The property Manager lets you know all of this when booking, but when you pack your own linens and towels, make sure to bring some shower mats as the floors can be a bit slippery when wet. Tons of amenities and great communication. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfection with heavenly outdoor space!

Our family of four had the best time at OIB thanks in large part to this exceptional property. Terri was extremely proactive in giving us information to get us in without a hitch and helping make our stay amazing. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns. The house is amazing! Indoor space was spic and span, extremely comfortable beds/bedding, great decor, wonderful outside light, and nice appliances. The outdoor space takes it to another level! We enjoyed coffee on the back porch every morning and wine/cocktails at night overlooking amazing views in every direction. The pool was the perfect oasis from the afternoon sun for our four year old when we came back to put our toddler down for a nap - it is shaded after noon! I enjoyed taking a dip in the evenings after going for a jog. We used the kayaks and fished off of the pier - caught 8 fish and our kiddo was in heaven! We played night bocce in the very soft grass in the evenings. Not an inch of the outdoor space was unused! Can't remember a better vacation rental in our 20+ years of coming to OIB!

Wonderful Vacation Property

This rental certainly lived up to our expectations and more. The home was very beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Also, communication with the home owner was outstanding! Highly recommend this property.

What a beautiful place

We had a fantastic time - the house was great. We were very comfortable, appreciated all the amenities like the kayaks and the how close we were to the beach access. Terri was the best host ever and we hope to return again in the future. Highly recommend.
