"Todo muy bueno"

"I had to prebook my breakfastthe day before, because there were not enough sits for all the guests. I forgot to do itwhen I came back the first day and then I had to go down with my pijamas at 22g in the night, because they didn had phones in the roomto communicate with the reception. I also had to book in advance if I wanted someone to clean my room. And there was no welcome water or a keetle or coffee machine in the bedroom. In the bathroom there was no towel to step in after having the shower. It was very far from the standrds I am used. "
