Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Restaurants und umliegende Geschäfte im Umkreis von 150 m entfernt, großer Balkon, PKW-Stellplatz vor dem Objekt. Die Seebrücke und Strand sind ca. 1 Km entfernt. "Wir haben ruhige entspannte Tage ohne viel knallerei im Haus verbracht. Der Kaminofen leistete bei dem stürmischen Wetter gute Dienste und verbreitete wohlige Wärme im Haus.Die Ausstattung war sehr gut.
