"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "

"We had a great time at the lodge, it was spacious, well presented and in a nice wuiet location. All amenities were as listed and we didn't find anything wanting. "We had a ladies friends weekend away in early Nov. Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Log burner was fab and ability to have extra check out time for a small fee was worth it. Having the added bonus of the spa pass made the weekend extra special. The owners are particularly excellent and quick to respond with any of our questions. All good - highly recommended. Tre did advise that the fridge freezer was a little noisy and suggested it be turned off at night which we did however the water recycling system was a little noisy too but other than that, an excellent stay.
