"We stayed for 2 nights for a special birthday. The communications beforehand were informative and friendly. When we arrived the welcome was warm and the property was lovely. It was exactly as described as well as being clean and well equipped. The outside space was also excellent with a good sized, enclosed and safe garden. "12 of us stayed at this beautiful house for 3 nights to see in the new year together, we had the most wonderful time. The house was perfect for all ages, there was something for everyone. We particularly liked that we could sit together in the living area and eat meals together as there was a dining table big enough for all of us. The games room and pool were perfect additions. Everyone enjoyed themselves which is a hard task when catering for all ages. We will be back, thank you"

"Stayed for the night with my husband. The shepherds hut is set back from the main house so you get your privacy. Stunning views. Deer wandering around this morning. The hut is spacious with everything you need. The bed was so comfortable and even though it was cold outside, the hut was plenty warm enough. Lovely outdoor area for when there’s better weather. We would definitely return. The owners were on hand if there were issues (we didn’t have any) Thanks for a lovely break "

"We had a great time at the lodge, it was spacious, well presented and in a nice wuiet location. All amenities were as listed and we didn't find anything wanting. The children found lots to do at the hoburne site and we could relax in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, a wonderful base ro explore the area. "

Some comments though A) Need additional signpost in the lane to get to the property B) the hottub was difficult to operate to get the correct temperature at the time we wanted to use it.
