"This is a great option for independent-minded travelers who want something clean and spacious near the university. There is not much in the way of front desk staff but they communicated smoothly about check in and check out. There is an excellent bakery downstairs on the premises. The kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans, utensils, etc. Tons of space. There is a bit of street noise as the property is at a busy intersection, so bring your earplugs just in case. Overall, good value."

"We made last minute plans and Scott accommodated our special request. Communication was great. House was exactly as described. Neat, with all the necessities for our stay. "Traveled with my sisters for a weekend getaway. The house was just right for the four of us. Plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. Screened back porch was a bonus. Only negative was that the living room sofas were worn and didn't have much support. Overall a great stay!"

"We were in town for a baseball tournament. Had two families (5 people, 3 people). The basement was perfect for one family and the upstairs was perfect for the larger family. The property was clean. Good communication with the owner. Everything we needed was there including garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap etc. We had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable too!"

"We were using this weekend away to relax with extended family and really enjoyed our stay. All of the furniture was comfortable, and house had everything we needed. There were toys that entertained our two-year-old, large TV's with sound systems that the teenagers loved and a pool that was clean and everyone enjoyed. Ryan was a great host and checked with us on a few different times to make sure everything was going well. "
