"Very clean, nice, and comfortable home. Its very convenient if you plan on riding the local trails. Since its an older house the stairs to the bedrooms and bathroom are quite narrow and steep, but not bad at all, just something to keep in mind. It is more of a guest house, but Threse and Mike were so kind and welcoming. We appreciated the time to chat with them to learn the history of the homes and see their beautiful garden. We would definitely come back again. "

"The property needs some "Finishing touches" to be an excellent one. A headboard on the master bed, adult size life preservers if you are going to have kayaks and paddle boards for use on Lake Superior, a kitchen faucet that doesn't leak all over the countertop and a water filtration system that can remove tannins. "Not easy to contact owner, or any person if we had questions.property was fine except inside stairs. Absolutely filthy..really no need to remove shoes. In fact one would not want to..stairs way too dirty..we originally were to be 6 but ended up as 2 so other than one bedroom none of the others were touched . Other odd thing..only bathroom was downstairs..little inconvenient to say the least. "
