"This location is great for getting in and out of the resort area. The pool area is really nice, but you do have to get there early to get chairs. It's great to have an alternative to the beach for young children. The owner was responsive and helpful, we were happy with all aspects of this property and would return."

"The condo was bigger than we expected and it was surprisingly quiet for it's location, right off HWY 98. I especially enjoyed the over the highway cross bridge to the beach. The pools are neat, but a bit small. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was the best of both world when it comes to close beautiful beach and clean pool just steps away. Perfect for family with small kids. We spent every morning on the beach, ate lunch at the condo, napped, and then swam in the pool in the afternoons. We would come back and use this host again. Loved the location and set up."

"This location was perfect! We enjoyed the gulfside and Bayside of the property. The boardwalk was within walking distance. Everything was well kept and property well maintained. I really appreciated the parking deck during the hot summer. The host was easy to communicate with. I'll definitely be returning. Very family friendly. Not crowded. "Sitting outside watching the sunrise is stunning. Such a beautiful place to spend a few days away from the rush of work life. The place was spotless. Had a comfortable bed. The only thing we found that we were not impressed with, was a musty smell. Perhaps the unit was sitting for a time without any air circulation."

"Wonderful beach location and view for a quiet getaway. It was very comfortable. If I were the owner, I would update it with nicer furniture. We had friends nearby and could have had them over for card games had we had a little bigger table and 2 more chairs. Bunk beds were nice and would be great for a couple with children."

"We had a really awesome week staying at this vacation condo. There were so many little 'special' touches, like beach umbrella, beach toys, games, kitchen accessories, etc. We didn't realize that we didn't have a beach view from our room and almost cancelled when we realized it. In hindsight, we're so glad we kept the reservation. The host was extremely easy to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to return and rent this unit again. The location was fantastic and fortunately we had a perfect week...
