"From the minute we arrived, Iveca and his family did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and with wonderful views from the balcony. Relaxing by the beautiful private pool was a highlight of the holiday as was the delicious meal that Iveca cooked for us. The location was fantastic, with beaches and cafes in walking distance. Villa Knez and our hosts were perfect in every way! "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kuzmanic. Adrian was the most polite and helpfull host, really easy to communicate with. Place was as described, well equipped and super tidy. Nice surprise was breakfast served to our apartment at precise time we wished - I had totally forgotten we booked it! "The apartment was superb, we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It had the most stunning terrace overlooking the Adriatic sea. We would have bit of breakfast and coffee here each morning, sunbathing on the loungers and late morning we would head for a swim on the nearest beach which is only a few minutes walk awat. Restaurants and bars are within 100 meters and Trogir by boat is just gorgeous with taxis boats going from the end of the road."

"l'appartement est parfait ! L'appartement est très propre, la grande terrasse est vraiment très agréable, avec une belle vue l'emplacement est idéal pour les visites, l'endroit est calme, une piscine pour nous permettre de nous rafraichir. Les hôtes sont adorables, discrets, ne manquent pas de nous donner des conseils ; ils ont eu de délicates attentions, petits gâteaux, figues, vins. Je recommanderai ce logement sans problème"

"Wir waren 7 Personen, 4 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder von 4-9 Jahren und haben in dem Ferienhaus fast zwei Wochen verbracht. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer, Küche und eine kleines Gäste-WC. Über die Treppe gelangt man zu drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, eines mit Dusche, eines mit Badewanne. Alle Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. "Die Tage die unser erwachsene Enkel und wir in der Ferienwohnung verbringen durften war für uns sehr entspannend. Der Ausblick aufs Meer einmalig, besonders, da noch keine Hochsaison war und die benachbarten Ferienhäuser so gut wie nicht belegt waren. Die Tips bezüglich Restaurants, Strände usw. waren sehr gut. Top ist auch der Parkplatz direkt am Haus, da die Straßen doch sehr eng und steil sind. Villa Neira ist sehr zu empfehlen!!!"

"We were given a room on the 1st day and we were told to move to a different room on the 2nd day, which was very inconvenient. Secondly the main door handle was broken and they keychain was broken and would come out if the key every time which was very annoying to fix every time."

"We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, which was very clean and well equipped. It has stunning views from the balcony, which we enjoyed. We opted for the transfer with David who collected us from the airport and showed us where everything was locally and was on hand if we needed anything during our stay. "We loved our time in Okrug Gornji. The accommodation was very comfortable, very clean and had a stunning view over the bay. The owners were friendly and very helpful with good suggestions of where to visit, including where to park! It's a steep walk down to the sea and back but well worth it as the water was beautiful. But the pool and terrace were a great alternative. Overall a great place to stay."
