"Wonderful 3 night’s stay. Accommodation appeared as much bigger than expected. Had everything we needed. Such a peaceful location. Just the sounds of owls at night and woodpeckers during the day! We really enjoyed sitting in the garden. We used the opportunity of having a good weather to do a bbq on one evening. Arthur and Mimi were so accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble! "Beautiful cottage in a very scenic peaceful town. The property has all the amenities to keep you comfortable during your stay. We loved the town of Painswick. It’s very friendly and scenic here. They have a tesco close by to cover your grocery needs. Sean was very generous in stocking up the fridge with breakfast items and pastries! We would love to revisit this property and town again "

"Perfect little bolt hole with lovely countryside views. Ideally posiitoned for walks in the forest (5 minute walk from the door to the forest) and down to Symmonds Yat. Paul was a great host, very friendly and accommodating. Everything was super clean in the 'pigsty'. Definitely a funky place to stay. Would definitely go again!"

"Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect."
