"We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. Better sleeping on the couch than the couch bed as the couch bed is terrible at best (there’s plenty of room on the couch). Kitchen is very sparse. "We had a wonderful overnight stay celebrating our bride-to -be with a mix of family and friends. Jason is a wonderful host and was very communicative throughout. The house was even better than the photos and we already can't wait to plan our next stay! We felt very much at home, the house has charm and character (we loved the wrap around porch for our morning coffee talk), the kitchen area was spacious and the hub for cooking and laughter. "If you are looking to immerse yourself in beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean this could be the place for you. The views from the wide open living area and the primary suite are stunning to say the very least. Jason is great, responsive and most helpful. We used this for a family visit and the atmosphere here made the day for everyone. Ocean, beach and facility are hard to beat. We loved it."
