Apartment over garage not cottage. 16 to 20 steps to climb to living space. Kitchen & bathroom well designed & well equipped except no dish rack. Could not access news channels on TV. Neighborhood very quiet. Very good restaurants in town.

Exactly as described. Cute and cozy with lots of homey touches. Not sterile and cold like most places. Comfy couch and bed. The area is very nice and quiet. Safe walking at anytime. Very convenient to the show I was doing as its only a half mile from Main St shops and restaurants. Will definitely try to stay here again when I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

Could not have been happier with this Cozy Cottage!
We had a delightful long weekend stay at this Cozy Cottage. The property was exactly as advertised. It has all the creature comforts of home. The bed was super comfortable and the linens and towels were a very good quality. The location was perfect, an easy walk to downtown restaurants and a very short drive to the beach. Kelly and Lee were great hosts, they were very responsive to all our communication.

Perfect get away!
I had some business in CT and decided to take a few days of rest and relaxation. I packed my sewing machine and a few books and headed north! This property was perfect. I felt safe and comfortable. I had everything I needed for a quiet weekend.

This apartment was very comfortable and a perfect location in Old Saybrook. We greatly appreciate the toiletries and kitchen niceties that the owner had available. It truly was like staying with a friend. Old Saybrook is the quintessential New England town, just beautiful.

Perfect in Every Way
Lee and Kelly's place was absolutely amazing. Although we were there for less than 24 hours, we loved everything about it: it was clean, bright, and perfect for what we needed. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Old Saybrook area.

Awesome First VRBO Experience
I had a wonder time at this stay! It was a great way to spend the last night with my mom and sisters before getting married at a venue nearby. Lee & Kelly were very accommodating and so easy to communicate with! I’d love to return with my husband one day for a mini getaway!

Perfect overnight
My daughter and I were in town for the night and Kelly and Lee’s place was the perfect stay with our two dogs. The dog run out back was ideal and the condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Thanks, Kelly and Lee for a great stay!

Great home away from home
I am so glad I found this place to stay, especially since I grew up in the area and return often to visit. We enjoyed getting to know the family and loved the property. The apartment had everything we needed. We alternated swimming in their pool and going to the beach which is five minutes away. Old Saybrook is a great town and we enjoyed being close to main street also. Thank you!

Perfect easy getaway
Lee and Kelly were great communicating with our family prior to our stay, ensuring we didn’t need to pack more than we needed with two small children. Our trip was short but refreshing, the town is within walking distance and a perfect example of coastal CT. We will be back!

Cozy Christmas!
Our stay at Lee and Kelly's was just what we needed. Super cozy space, close to family and Main Street, and perfectly sized for our Christmas stay. The dog run was so helpful for our 3 fur babies that stayed with us- also super quick to communicate any needs to Lee and Kelly and taken care of quickly (a bit of ice!). Cute space and exactly what we were looking for during our visit home. Thank you, Lee and Kelly!!
