We had a great stay at this property. There were plenty of places for everyone (14 of us) to sleep. There were plenty of things for the kids to do at the house also.A few things we noticed: there were some ants in the kitchen. We noticed them on the floor in the kitchen. There was also some gaarbage and loose socks behind the couch that were noticed when we went to grab some blankets.The people in our group who stayed in the basement said it was extremely damp downstairs. Not sure if it was just because it was humid outside or not.Overall, a good place to stay if you're planning a trip to the Omaha area.

Great Omaha Stay

House was awesome!! Kids had a blast in the basement and in the yards!! Plenty of room for everyone!! Enjoyed the board games on family game night too!!!

Perfect Place for a Family

The house was perfect for us as a place to stay for our son’s wedding with all of us arriving from out of state. We were able to enjoy several meals together and use it as a base during the time leading up to the wedding and all of the associated events, and as a fantastic place to wind down the weekend. Our 5 year old grandson exclaimed the basement playroom as “The best playroom ever!”

Amazing stay

This house was perfect for our family. Our girls loved the playroom and the trampoline. The house was well-stocked and had everything we needed. Liz was super friendly and quick to respond. We would definitely stay again.

Family Friendly VBRO

Perfect place for our 3 generation family to spend family time between outings! Played board games while others were napping. Easy to navigate to restaurants, zoo, Children’s Myseum, miniature golf and Strategic Air and Space Museum.

College World Series Trip

Traveled with another family (total 4 adults and 4 teenage boys) to Omaha for the CWS and had the great opportunity to stay in this home and it was great. Easy to find, clean, plenty of room for everyone and Liz was great to work with. Will stay here again next time we are in Omaha.

The house was very clean and had plenty of staples for everyones needs. Everything was great, our grandson enjoyed all the toys and especially the trampoline with the sprayer hose. The neighborhood is very safe and reminded us of being at home. Thank you for everything. Next time we meet family in Omaha we will stay again.

Great place especially for younger children

Had a great experience staying here. We came with 5 kids 12 and under, there were plenty of things to keep them occupied, I was glad that we didn’t have to pack any extra toys to bring with because there were already toys there. We felt safe in the neighborhood it was in and the house was very neat and clean. Definitely would recommend this place.

Perfect for Multiple families

Great Family Time

This property was a great fit for our family weekend. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and places to hang out. I don't think we have ever stayed in the home where it was the owners primary home. They provided toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and said we could use any items in the kitchen. So many games and toys for the grands to play with! Not to mention a fun playset and trampoline in the backyard. We spent two nice evenings on the deck and enjoyed playing games out there as well. We were there 4 nights and cooked 2 meals in and 2 meals out. Plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Our time was spent enjoying family time and the home we were staying at. We had a big storm our second night and, I mean big. 95 mph winds. Our hearts go out to the homeowners as they had siding ripped off on side of the house and we lost power for 7 1/2 hours. We also had a basketball hoop fall on our car. But, it did not dampen our spirits or time together. We would 100% recommend Liz and Ryan's home.

Baseball Week in Omaha

Liz, the property owner was extremely easy to contact. Very responsive and ready to accommodate. The property was ideal for large groups. The house was well equipped with just about all amenities we needed for our long stay away from home. Highly recommended!

Great house for family with kids

Great house and the owners were great and easy to communicate with. We had kids ranging from 13-3 and they all loved staying there, the basement was a huge selling point for the older boys and the trampoline and play structure were huge hits for the littles.
