"Luego de una reserva de más de 8 meses, al llegar al hotel no había nadie, el hotel estaba cerrado y nadie respondía el teléfono. Me comuniqué a servicio al cliente y ni ellos tenían conocimiento de que el hotel estaba cerrado. Horrible experiencia."

"Fun to stay in a place with so much history, literally staying in a museum. Rooms are stunning but be aware that this is a historic mansion so there are some quirks. Bathrooms with 14-foot ceilings take a while to heat up!"

"We had a great stay in Oneida Castle for Colgate’s parent weekend. Roughly 25-30 min drive from campus through beautiful countryside and fall leaves.
