"I really enjoyed staying in a cabin - a home away from home. It was awesome they have accommodations for pet friendly cabins. My dog seemed to enjoy the coziness and I’m sure he felt like he was at home. Like to stay in the cabins in the summer to see the whole area with some beautiful surroundings. "The property is well maintained. The house is well appointed, cozy and well equipped! Would definitely come back!"

"The Property is wonderful! We loved the Beach, the Deck, the surrounding area. There is lots of room and the wife loved the kitchen. Can't say enough good things about the location. .... only one thing I would change, and this is just me, I really missed not seeing the Baseball Playoffs so having a sports channel that plays live would make it 1000 percent, :) ... but again, this is just me. The Place was awesome! the time we spent there went waaaay to fast, wish I could do it all over again,...

"Goal was to spend Christmas day with family plus one extended family member from overseas out of the cramped condo and this cottage fit the bill perfectly. To better the chances of a white Christmas we chose a location close to Barrie but not too far north where we might get snowed in. The cottage is not lake-side or in a touristy area but we enjoyed using the BBQ grill and playing in the snow in the backyard. "This cottage is a beautiful retreat, nestled in nature. Very peaceful. Lots of deer and wild turkey came to visit us while we stayed. Marcie and Brent are very thoughtful hosts. They left lots of amenities to help us feel welcome and at home. It was also very easy to reach one of them when we had a tiny issue with one of the technical gadgets at the cottage. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again, perhaps in the summer?"

"The family enjoyed the Thanksgiving weekend with great views from all the rooms and hallways with fresh air. The bed mattresses were really comfortable. However, there were bunch of issues including inefficient dishwasher, hazardous electrical outlets at the same level as the kitchen sink and no labels on the drawers or cabinets. It was time consuming search for kitchen stuff. Owner was not easily reachable. Otherwise it was value for money."

"We had a fantastic stay at this cottage over the Labour Day weekend. The space was very clean and cozy, with plenty of room for our group of 5. The lake views were the highlight—sitting on the lounge chairs overlooking the water was incredibly relaxing. While accessing the water directly from the property wasn't as easy as we had hoped, Deon, the host, provided us with great alternative options nearby for swimming.
