"It is the Best Available Option, pet friendly near to Porcupine State Park. Very convenient if you plan to hike the park. Room was clean and has a good size, beds are very comfortable. Bathroom clean, towels good quality. I will return to this hotel if I come to this area again. "

And we enjoyed mornings and evenings on the enclosed front porch. A short walk to Lake Superior, a short drive to Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park (highly recommend the Escarpment and Presque Isle River loop hikes) and a worth-the-trip drive to Houghton (highly recommend the Quincy Mine tour).
