Great condo in a great location. Was made aware of the renovation going on and couldn't use balcony. I was okay with that for the price. Was staying 4 nights but had to leave after 2 due to jack hammers starting at 8 am and ending at 5 pm.noise was unbearable. Had to rent another condo for the remaining 2 nights. Beautiful Condo with a Gulf Front View
Very clean, updated condo with an amazing beach view. Super comfy bed, comfy sofa in a fantastic location. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions. Orange Beach is a beautiful area with great restaurants and only minutes from the Flora Bama. What more could you ask for?

Too Short
We had a wonderful trip until it was cut short by construction work. We had a beautiful view for 3 days but scaffolding was erected across our balcony on the 4th day obscuring our view and causing a parade of workers outside our condo. Due to the constant construction noise and lack of privacy we left a day early. The condo was lovely and the beach was great. Wish we could have enjoyed our full time.

A relaxing vacation
Everything about this property is as advertised and we enjoyed our stay very much. I have no complaints to voice, however I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. Consider replacing the coffee maker, it’s got some age on it. It works, but, could be updated. Also, curtains for the bedroom would help with the outdoor lights shining in. Again, not a huge issue, just something we noticed. Overall we enjoyed the convenience of being right on the beach, the walk down was an easy one. We loved the balcony in the mornings and the beautiful sunrises. Everything was comfortable, and well maintained. The beach service offered was fantastic and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this location. Thank you for a great vacation.

Perfect vacation
Other than the parking the condo was perfect. The beach is controlled by a company that rents umbrellas and chairs so the beach is an added expense if you want to sit near the ocean. But the condo is as advertised. The view is amazing and we had a wonderful vacation there. Yes we would book again.

Nice condo with a beautiful view
This was our first time in Orange beach and we were highly impressed! We really enjoyed our stay at Lei Lani. The unit was freshly remodeled, so everything was very clean. The view was great and had easy access to the stairs and elevator. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Home was good. Location was great! Worrying about car being towed each time to left sucked. Good thing my husband and I are easy going and know how to make the best of a bad situation because they were tagging and towing cars daily. Supposed to be two parking spaces for each condo but there was not even one parking space.

More wet than we expected
The beach is amazing! Our relaxing vacation was interrupted on the second evening by a pool of water on the floor of master bathroom and water dripping from the ceiling. We notified the owner by text and called the building management. I had no response from either. There were particles of ceiling falling down. The dripping stopped and I cleaned up the mess. I texted the owners in the morning to say, no dripping, ceiling damp. No response. That evening (3rd night of stay), there was a steady stream of water coming from the ceiling in the master bath. I again texted the owner, called the building management, and after 10 minutes called VRBO. I did hear from the owner then, stating that it had happened before and building management would be coming. Management arrived to inspect and repair the problem in an upstairs unit. All this occurred as we were trying to cook and enjoy a special seafood meal. The next morning, a person from a water restoration company came with 5 industrial fans and 2 dehumidifiers to dry the walls and ceiling. A fan and dehumidifier in the master bath, 2 fans next to the bed, fan in the hallway, fan in the half bath, and dehumidifier near the bar stools. The noise was like a very loud vacuum. I called the owner and he said to turn them off, just to run them when we were out. Great. We then had to move the fans in order to use the bathroom and bed. We were promised new towels, which were never delivered. I took all the wet towels, spun them in the washer, and dried them so they wouldn’t be damaged with mildew. I’m sorry to say, it was not a comfortable, relaxing trip that it should have been. The owner offered to refund the cleaning fee. I’m sorry, but that was pretty minimal compensation. It would have been nice to get 1-2 nights refunded since the water issue really impacted our stay.

Great time, location and property. We had a great time in Orange Beach. The property was exactly as advertised and the beach-side location was excellent. Only issue was that unknowingly booked our dates during college spring break. When the students showed up, it changed the night noise levels and beach noise and activity significantly. Nothing the owners had control over. Just an FYI to those planning on spending time here in Mid March.

Great location and accurate depiction in listing!!
Just steps from your door to the white sand beach. Beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset from the balcony or beach. Dolphins can be seen every morning and evening from the balcony as well. If you like to collect sea shells, a short walk up and down the beach and you’re in business. The grounds of the property were also well maintained. Nice location on the west side of OB and very close to the Florida line. Would definitely stay here again.
