Family vacation
The house and location were spectacular. We had a mixture of adults, teenagers, and two toddlers… a party of 17 in total. Plenty space in this greatly laid out beach house and everyone had their “space”. The kitchen and family room are spacious and nice for entertaining and enjoying family time. As stated in previous posts, the kitchen lacks a few things such as silverware, cooking utensils, and refrigerator space for an 8 bedroom house. Overall, a great house and wouldn’t hesitate renting again.

Great Beach Weekend Getaway
This house is BEAUTIFUL and the views were breathtaking. Plenty of room for everyone. Great open floorplan downstairs. Spacious and cozy upstairs. Couches were soo comfortable. Beds soft as clouds. We will be back!

week at the beach with 16 people
Great layout or house and location on the beach! House not the top of the line quality but very nice. Kitchen wasn't very well stocked to have 8 nice size bedrooms each with a bath!! Loved the deck and pool. Loved having the beach in from of us basically ours. Management came for any concerns or repairs immediately. Overall a Very Very nice house and, again, we loved the location of this house to the area

Beautiful layout, location, but could definitely have been cleaner. Broken lawn chairs scattered in garage, dirty entry way, weeds growing through walls of garage and trash strewn around property. Very dirty under sofas and chairs. Blind off 1 bedroom window. Trash cans over flowing. Pool was dirty. Property manager contacted on Saturday but it took contacting every day until finally Thursday issues were resolved. Never talked to a live person. When contacting property management. For price very disappointed!

2023 Family Vacation
Excellent property. Well equipped and well maintained. We loved it there and will try to book it again for the week of July 4th in 2025. This is our families sixth week on the gulf coast since 2012 and this is far and away the best house we've stayed in. Thanks so much.

Location Location Location but…
On the beach, small pool and large deck, great for large group (15) and close to shopping, walmart, publix and restaurants. House needs minor repairs? Chuck of floor missing in the kitchen, charcoal grills are beginning to rust, several knobs missing on various pieces of furniture and bedding uncomfortable. Two window blinds missing. Stayed a week. No guidebook for recommendation which would have been nice.

Navy Retirement National Naval Aviation Museum
Came into town for my Brother's Navy retirement ceremony held at the National Naval Aviation Museum, Pensacola NAS. We had a large family gathering, 12 adults and 2 teenagers. The house accommodated us perfectly! View and location were fantastic! As mentioned in previous reviews, very close and convenient to local grocery stores/restaurants/etc. Check-in easy process. Plenty of parking. Distance to West Gate of NAS Pensacola less than half and hour. Best part was that each couple, and each of the 2 kids, had their own bedroom/bathroom. Can't go wrong with an 8 bedroom, 8 1/2 bath home! Kitchen was well equipped to handle our cooking and entertaining needs. We did have a couple of very minor issues that I contacted the management company, (Vacasa), to rectify. They sent a handyman out to address our issues within 2 hours of my call. The only minor detriments I would mention is that this home is located at the end of a street with no street lights. It's very dark at night and was difficult to find house number and you must be careful backing up/parking. My folks are in their 80's but navigated getting up the stairs OK. There is construction on the street and the place could use a good clean-up outside. Overall though, we had a very pleasant visit. Inside the house is very clean and neat. Was a great gathering place for our large family, we would stay here again!

Wonderful!
Listing says parking for four and I worried for a year we wouldn’t have enough room. There is enough parking for almost 8 vehicles. The house was awesome!!! Had all family of all ages and something to do for everyone!

Family Trip
The house was perfect for our big family! Very clean, comfortable and the layout was very conducive for family meals and gatherings. Loved easy access to beach and plunge pool was the cherry on top! Nice decks and balconies as well! Neighbors are close but it was never a problem. Also great location on beach!! Only negative was non response from VACASA management team, they never responded to a reported problem that was reported twice. Still waiting for a phone call back from 7 days ago, and trip is over. Which is terrible form after what they charge on rental fees. Not impressed with VACASA, very impressed with home. Would still recommend home hands down!!

Able to walk to businesses. Beach area clean and not crowded.
The house accommodated our large group of 21. Would recommend having a second refrigerator for beverages, and making sure the ice machine works on the refrigerator, or having separate ice maker. Overall, we had a very nice time and pleased with our house experience.

Great place to spend with family and friends
This was an excellent place to stay. I wish there were more amenities for cooking ie bowls with lids, bbq pit, larger pans for cooking for 24, etc but overall a wonderful place. We are planning on booking there again in a few years!

Beach getaway
This house is an excellent property with front row access to the beach. House is huge, well decorated and love the deck and plunge pool - which is much deeper than anticipated. Close to Walmart and restaurants. The rest of the street is under construction but didn't cause really any hassle. Only big negative was the boardwalk looked damaged by a storm and was pretty crooked at the beach level, that needs addressed. Also could use a second fridge in a house this big. overall great place and nice trip!

The house is very beautiful and spacious we had 21 guests. Great location on the beach and to shopping and grocery stores. The pool is very small and cold! Had issues with pool not filtering so when we got there it was dirty called they sent someone out to take care of it! All in all I would stay there again!

Great bachelorette weekend
We had a great stay! House was very clean and the view was exceptional. Everyone had their own room & bathroom which was wonderful for 18 girls. However we could not find a plunger anywhere and the outdoor garbages were all full our whole trip so we just had to pile on the garbage.

Suggested improvements
House was good space and worked well. As a new house it seemed to be missing a few things like: Clothes hangers, medium pots, measuring cups and serving/cooking spoons, hot pads, broom, bath mats, enough coffee mugs and glasses. Need more silverware especially spoons, hairdryer, blankets and for house that size normally have an ice maker and 2nd refrigerator. Also suggest rug for main room to help with noise.

Great home for a large family like ours
This home was perfect for our extended family vacation! We had plenty of room to all be comfortable and enjoy our week together. The few things that were not “perfect” were addressed by our host very quickly! The only thing we needed that this house didn’t provide was an elevator but we made it work and had a tremendous time!!!

THE GOOD AND THE BAD
The good...great location right on the beach and close to grocery stores, restaurants, the state park, and anything else you could want. The house was big and clean, and having a private bathroom for each bedroom was great. The main floor is spacious, and the fact that it opened up right on the deck with the pool made for great family living. We could sit on the deck with the babies, watch the older ones play either in the pool or on the beach or in the ocean. The not so good: we had trouble with the refrigerator (didn't cool properly and the ice machine did not work), the dishwasher (didn't dry the dishes - we had to do it by hand every time we emptied it), and the main floor air conditioner quit cooling; fortunately it was the last evening. Still, 79 degrees is uncomfortable for sleeping. No drain dish in the kitchen, and no kitchen linens to speak of...one towel and one sponge. we cooked and cleaned every day, so I had to buy a drain dish, towels, and an oven mitt. There was a tremendous amount of construction going on all around us. Nothing can be done about that but it was very loud and on 2 occasions we couldn't get back to our house until the equipment was moved for us. The constant pounding of the pile driver and the sound of the nail guns didn't make for great atmosphere. Also, you are VERY close to your neighbors. Ours on both sides were great so we were fortunate, but if not, it would be very difficult to enjoy the outdoor spaces. Finally, the boardwalk is in bad shape right at the end. Twisted, probably by a storm surge, with the bottom step missing. My 85 year old mother couldn't handle that, and it was tricky getting the babies down to the beach in our arms. That needs to be repaired immediately. Overall, for the money we paid I expected more. However, all of this (except the construction and the tightness of the houses on either side) can be remedied.

Great beachfront location & modern spacious house with limited amenities
Best part: Beachfront location and modern spacious house. Direct access to sugar white orange beach. We really like the beach as it’s much quieter than destin/fort Walton & seems very family friendly. We had 5 family in our ground with 10 adult and 7 kids and it did not feel crowded at all (in fact we thought we could have invited one more family easily). There are groceries and restaurant nearby within 5 to 10 mins walk albeit you have to cross a very busy street. Room for improvement: there’s a plunge pool but it was not heated. House beside us had a heated pool so kids were really disappointed to not to be able to use the pool considering this was a spring break trip for the kiddos while they saw other kids enjoying the pool. The deck really needs to be stained - few of our party had splinter while walking on the desk barefoot. No toiletries, very few towels and no beach chairs available.

Family Get Away
The property was as listed, clean and inviting. We enjoyed the large gathering area for games in the evening. The location provided a fairly private beach for this year, but may be more crowded when the high rises on either side are occupied. The pool was smaller than expected, but worked for us. The additional wine fridge worked well to hold drinks.
