Loved it!
Loved the area, most of all communication with the staff was very professional and friendly. Only problem I had the house keeper didn’t sweep under the bed it was full of dust also found a child swim bottom under the bed. and adult sock under the night stand. Other that it was a good place to stay.

2nd Stay, Just as great
This is our second time spending spring break at this condo, and we had another great time! There is so much on site for your family to do (swim, beach, pickleball, tennis, basketball, workout room). It’s close to restaurants and other family friendly activities! The condo feels clean. Our favorite part is being able to spend time on the balcony.

Great location
This was a great place to stay! Loved the balcony over looking the beach/ocean. Bed was comfortable, perfect for my husband and I. Staff was friendly. Lobby was being remodeled, but that didn’t bother us. Great location!

Perfect location for a weekend getaway!
My husband has hard a hard year already; two family members passing away. So, I decided to surprise him for his birthday! It was the perfect location: right on the beach, quiet neighbors, comfortable furniture, fully-stocked kitchen, two pools (indoor/outdoor), tennis courts, racquet ball courts, etc! The condo is exactly as described! I had a ton of questions and Maddison was always quick to respond! We absolutely loved our stay and hope to make it an annual event! I highly recommend this location! I can’t say enough good things.

It was perfect for our stay..Clean and well taken care off...I've stayed at the Phenoix properties before but be aware for 2 nights of parking $55.00 which I felt was a bit excessive. Wish this was listed as part of cost up front...Still would've booked but like all fees disclosed before hitting the no refund button

Great Condo
I would stay in this condo again. Madison was amazing to work with! The only complaints were the towels were mildewed smelling and the floor could have been swept better. I rewashed the towels and swept the floor, so it was an easy fix! I know it’s difficult to clean up all the sand. Still highly recommend. Thanks!

VRBO confirmation said check in 3:00 pm check out 11:00 am. Owner confirmation said 4:00 check in 10:00 check out. Some early morning construction next door, but not terrible. Maybe I missed it, but wasn’t aware of $55.00 parking pass, until after booking. Overall, good stay.

Great place for beach holiday
Very clean, well stocked, great view of pool and beach. Location was ideal with both orange beach and gulf shores restaurants and activities to choose from. Only suggestion; if you have your own beach umbrella/chairs bring them rather than renting. Beach gets crowded with no priority seating for those who pay rental. Madison was very helpful with details of easy access. I would rent this place again.

unbelievable
I was having a good stay until i came into the condo at 10:40 when checkout is at 11 and there is man moving my belongings along with my panties off of the bed and then when i ask him to please step out while i gather my belongings he refused and said he had just cleaned and i told him i needed to use the restroom and he still refused to leave until i threatened to call the police. As a woman that is very alarming and unnerving. I called Madison the property owner and she said she was going to seek advice on the matter and get back with me and i still have yet to hear from her. I have never felt so violated.

Very enjoyable stay
We felt at home in this condo! Everything we needed was provided and it is right on the beach. The condo was clean and just perfect for our family. We enjoyed our balcony view where we saw dolphins almost every morning. The owner was very pleasant and quick to answer my questions. Would have given a perfect review 5stars but the property was not perfect. The condo itself is 5 stars but the property just had trash on the ground in the breezeway that was there all week and the front desk people were unpleasant. We would stay there again in a heartbeat though.

Spring Break stay
Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo! There was so much to do right in the building —pool, splash pad, racquetball, tennis, and more! There are restaurants within walking distance (or a short drive away). The balcony was being worked on during our stay, but we think it might be finished (or close to being finished) as of 4/8. It was noisy during the day with balcony work (many balconies were being worked on), but besides that, everything was just as pictured! Madison was a great host with quick communication. We’d definitely recommend this condo to others and already want to come back next year!
