Excellent Weekend Getaway
My husband and I had an amazing time on our quick little getaway. The condo was great! Very nicely decorated, kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, and bed was very comfortable. We hope to stay here again!

Another great trip to Orange Beach
This is the third time renting this same unit at the Phoenix V. Great location, amenities and the host is so amazing. The unit is very clean and has everything included to make our stay enjoyable. This last stay, we left several articles of clothing behind and upon contacting the host, the unit was checked and our items found. They quickly sent them back to us and we gladly paid the shipping fees. Will definitely book again!

Very helpful
Clean, great location, easy to work with. Definitely had enough stuff in the condo for us to use to cook with. Not the property manager fault but the facility could use some help with the elevators. And the pool would need to be cleaned more throughout the day. There was a lot of hair in the pool.

Nice condo
The condo was very nice and just as expected from the description. We had everything we needed and it was very cute & clean. Our 12 year old son slept on the pull out sofa and said it was very comfortable. The only (small) complaint is more with the building itself and the elevator system. For the huge complex, the elevator are Located in only one spot, the lobby area, and they are very slow, especially and check-in and check-out times when people need to get their loading carts in there. We waited almost 20 minutes with a long line behind us on floor 5 just to try to catch an elevator. Also, would have been nice if there was more than one person at check in when we needed to pay for our parking pass and get wrist bands. The weekends at check-in times are very busy and we he line was long and slow with one person behind the desk. But unit 514 itself was great with beautiful views of the cream! The children enjoyed the pool and that it stayed open till 11 so they could swim late! So other than the slow elevator issue, we had a wonderful stay.

Loved it!
Loved the area, most of all communication with the staff was very professional and friendly. Only problem I had the house keeper didn’t sweep under the bed it was full of dust also found a child swim bottom under the bed. and adult sock under the night stand. Other that it was a good place to stay.

2nd Stay, Just as great
This is our second time spending spring break at this condo, and we had another great time! There is so much on site for your family to do (swim, beach, pickleball, tennis, basketball, workout room). It’s close to restaurants and other family friendly activities! The condo feels clean. Our favorite part is being able to spend time on the balcony.

Great location
This was a great place to stay! Loved the balcony over looking the beach/ocean. Bed was comfortable, perfect for my husband and I. Staff was friendly. Lobby was being remodeled, but that didn’t bother us. Great location!

Perfect location for a weekend getaway!
My husband has hard a hard year already; two family members passing away. So, I decided to surprise him for his birthday! It was the perfect location: right on the beach, quiet neighbors, comfortable furniture, fully-stocked kitchen, two pools (indoor/outdoor), tennis courts, racquet ball courts, etc! The condo is exactly as described! I had a ton of questions and Maddison was always quick to respond! We absolutely loved our stay and hope to make it an annual event! I highly recommend this location! I can’t say enough good things.

It was perfect for our stay..Clean and well taken care off...I've stayed at the Phenoix properties before but be aware for 2 nights of parking $55.00 which I felt was a bit excessive. Wish this was listed as part of cost up front...Still would've booked but like all fees disclosed before hitting the no refund button

Great Condo
I would stay in this condo again. Madison was amazing to work with! The only complaints were the towels were mildewed smelling and the floor could have been swept better. I rewashed the towels and swept the floor, so it was an easy fix! I know it’s difficult to clean up all the sand. Still highly recommend. Thanks!

VRBO confirmation said check in 3:00 pm check out 11:00 am. Owner confirmation said 4:00 check in 10:00 check out. Some early morning construction next door, but not terrible. Maybe I missed it, but wasn’t aware of $55.00 parking pass, until after booking. Overall, good stay.
