Great Place to Make Memories
Went with our daughter’s family, with our grandson and sister, fun for all. Easy beach access as we as running out for things outside the complex. Great communication, easy in and out.

Best at Orange Beach
The room included 3 bd each with its own bath, plus another full bath in hall. Great location. Overlooking beach and lazy river. Indoor pool good for laps. Wolf Bay (great oysters), 5 miles from Gulf Shores as well.

Great place to stay
Everything was great except they list the sofa as a sofa sleeper. It has a cover over it, so it's a bit of work to take it all apart and put back together in the morning. Other than that, everything was beautiful.

Wonderful Family Beach Location
First time in Alabama and Orange Beach. We loved the location of the Condo and its beautiful views. Beach access was fantastic. Condo was nice and roomy for our party of six adults. Very spacious and cute decor. Would have liked better furniture on the balcony such as comfy couches or seating rather than the standard recliner chairs and high-top table and chairs. Balcony was my favorite place to hang out and listen to the waves. The bed and mattress in the main bedroom needs to be replaced as it has a dip in the middle which make it uncomfortable for two people sleeping. We loved the layout of the lazy river and outdoor pools, but they were very cold, and we all thought they should be heated during cooler weather for more enjoyment. Overall, it was a wonderful property and we all agreed we would stay there again.

Family getaway
We stayed here for 5 nights during our kid’s spring break. The location can’t be beat. Easy access to the beach - driving distance to restaurants & shops. We felt safe & secure in this condo unit as well. The only complaint we have is the master bed mattress could use an update - very lumpy & sunk in, but we were able to sleep.

The property was clean and ready when we arrived. Easy check in and good communication. The TVs are somewhat complicated to use. The beds are just ok. The mattresses have the center high point indicative of lots of usage. Kitchen was well apportioned. Patio has comfortable furniture for sitting outside.

Very Clean, Great Location, Nice
My only comments: A few of the TVs didn’t work when we first arrived, the DISH cables were removed from the TV’s in the living-room and one of the front bedrooms. The toilet was hard to flush in the right bedroom as soon as you come in the front door. We will definitely reserve and stay in this condo again. Thanks,

Perfect family getaway
Our family all thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week for our vacation. We had 5 adults plus a toddler, who absolutely LOVED all of the amenities such as the pools, lazy river and water slide. We never had a problem finding a chair or a tube around the lazy river or pools and everything was clean & in great condition every day. All the staff at Phoenix West, especially the security guy that was always around, were so pleasant & friendly. Even our toddler was excited to see his “friend” every day around the pool area. The condo itself was spacious & nice with everything we needed including an under-counter icemaker! We loved all sitting out on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful views & liked that there was plenty of room for all of us. We can’t wait to come back again next year!

Internet sucked we couldn’t figure out how to get tv to work other then Roku internet was spotty and very slow no dust pan to pick up dirt extension cords running from lamp to the wall Iin the living room. I would say that is a tripping problem. But once again we had to make sure the kids didn’t go by there. The sheets in one bedroom were dirty someone from a different Phoenix got us clean sheets. I guess we didn’t come to play on our computers but the kids did and they were complaining all the time stomping their feet and crying that was a lot of fun. A/c and water going out was fun too. But besides that it was good

The condo was nice. At night you could hear the people upstairs. The exhaust fans in the master bathroom would turn on automatically. There are 29 floors and 4 elevators. So be prepared for lines. Especially during check in times and “rush hour” when people are coming in from the beach. That being said it can also make finding luggage carts harder during check in/ checkout times. Shopping and restaurants are close. Some trash on the beach. (Obviously that’s not a condo issue, just information).
